I got a special exterior wash detail package for my 2020 e63s, with clay bar. They clay barred my car after washing it which left a bunch of scratches and swirls all over. I contacted the guy and he told me he would fix the damage he left on my car. He came over to “fix it” with compound and a rag which only made it worse. I messaged the guy again and sent him pictures and videos of the new damage. He replied that he fixed the damage he caused, which is not true because he really made it worse. He’s now ignoring me and doesn’t want to take accountability after I sent clear proof. They do not know what they’re doing and are very unprofessional. I DONT RECOMMEND!!!
