I saw Sherine for back pain and I can happily report that they treated it successfully with manual therapy and exercise prescription. They were very thorough in examining the problem and answered all my questions clearly.

It took me a while to find a good massage therapist who has enough strength to help me loosen up stubborn knots. If you love deep tissue massage, I recommend Julius Pinera. He is really good at find the knots and investigate the root cause for the muscle tensions.

I’ve been seeing Arra, Jeffrey, and Herman regularly for RMT and I have a great experience every time. They are all so attentive and kind and mostly importantly they are able to provide comfortable relief to my chronically stiff upper back/neck. One thing that I particularly like that I have not seen at other clinics is the use of warm compress during the RMT session. It is so relaxing and definitely adds to the experience. I also see Jin for physiotherapy. He has helped me in the past with knee, ankle, and shoulder pains from playing sports. He is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a physiotherapist. I appreciate the team at Launch for always providing such a lovely experience! Thank you!

This summer, I had some serious hip and thigh pains from cycling. My physio, Sherine, sorted me out super quick and even taught me some exercises to keep everything in shape. Sherine is professional and patient. I highly recommend Sherine!

I have had great service and advice from everyone I worked with. When I follow the suggestions I get positive results re increased strength and pain relief. When I ran out of subsidized sessions with Jin, which had been extremely helpful, Jeffrey was glad to step in with massage and follow-up. I'm very glad that Launch is near my home and I'll continue to visit their excellent clinicians as needed.

Adrian and Garman helped rehabilitate myself from a really bad sprained back to now feeling stronger and more confident.. Garman was great at communicating and understanding my needs and gave me great feedback. Staff at Launch are organized, professional and caring.
