I have had lower back problems my entire life and tried everything to fix it. When traditional chiropractic care was unsuccessful, I tried massage and acupuncture with no lasting relief. When I researched NUCCA I decided to try it. This is the first time I have found lasting relief. Not only is my back pain free, the pain in my shoulders, knees and feet I attributed to arthritis has improved. Now I can sleep without constantly waking to change position to alleviate pain. Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Everyone there is truly welcoming, helpful, and easy to talk to. My experience has been eye-opening and I feel that I’m on the path to recovery. I feel that I have had a lot of confirmation with what I’m dealing with am so thankful to continue working on healing with the help from Dr. Cashman. I have had migraines, predominantly in my right eye, for years. They had worsened before I went to see Dr. Shepard, along with pain radiating from my neck and shoulders into my skull. She fixed C1 and C2 that were rotated. I had a 35° tilt to the right. I had no idea, but I saw this evidence by x-rays. After the first adjustment I did have some rebound headaches and tightness and pain in my shoulders, but who knows how long I was out of alignment. While I am in alignment, my migraines are cured!!!!! I can tell almost immediately when I'm out of alignment. I just got an adjustment today and feel better already.I have attached my original photos from my very first visit to show you the difference from before and after. This has honestly changed my life.

My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor customer service. Despite expecting improvements in the care I received, I saw no noticeable difference. The receptionist failed to perform her duties and shifted the blame onto me, the client. As a result, I now face an unexpected bill that should have been covered by insurance. This situation may end up in collections and negatively impact my credit, despite being told it would be billed to insurance. The receptionist misled me and later changed her story. After leaving, I received a message asking me to rate my experience from 1 to 5. Unfortunately, my rating is a 0. Overall, it appears the staff shows little concern for their clients' situations.

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my left lower back and was leaning towards one side as I walked. When I saw Dr. Cashman, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I felt seen and heard as I learned more about what I was experiencing. He aligned me in a very gentle and subtle way in one session almost a month ago and the results so far is uncanny. I am still in the healing process, but my pain is 90% better! I was always informed of what to expect next during each follow up appointment and I couldn’t be happier with how things have been going. Vertigo peeps!! If you have a regular problem with neck tension, stress headaches, vertigo, imbalance issues, anxiety, struggle detoxing, muscle fatigue in your head/neck… please give Dr. Cashman a visit. Stay consistent and you’ll see amazing results and feel so much better! I had vertigo for a year off and on. Then had it for a week straight. It was awful! I saw Dr Cashman and was afraid I’d have vertigo again, but it’s been 5 months with no major symptoms of vertigo since my first adjustment!! "Doctor" Andrew Cashman attempted to cure my cervical subluxation via positive affirmations.I have Cervical Dystonia caused by a subluxation, my neurologist recommend I find an upper cervical chiropractor to help treat me. After a consultation with "Doctor" Andrew Cashman I scheduled an appointment, he took x-rays, checked my posture and laid me down on an adjustment table. After a while he asked me to sit back up, but he hadn't done anything, he then proceeded to ask if I felt different and tells me I looked straighter.I felt crazy! He hadn't done anything!! He says he will align you in one session, so he kept going telling me I was getting better but he wasn't doing ANYTHING! He didn't adjust me AT ALL!I left and thought I was confused by what the treatment was. I called another NUCCA Chiro and told them my experience, they were shocked! I immediately went in to see them, they actually adjusted me!!! I had to make a trip out of town but it was so worth it! The adjustment immediately released blood flood into my brain, I felt dizzy and had to lay there. Long story short, there is NO WAY to fix me in one session. It's going to take multiple trips, but I don't mind since I've been disabled since last June. I need to be fixed so I can go back to work!!I called the office and told them they scammed me, but no one in the office cares. I did miss a call from Dr Sheppard (who I initially tired to see) but when I immediately called her back (1minute later) they had closed the office for the day (at like 3pm). I called the next morning, no response, no one has called me back since.I'm writing this review because the adjustment I did finally received helped so much. I am so angry for anyone that is going here and not receiving treatment. What they pitch does work, but I don't think Andrew knows how to perform the adjustment and just takes peoples money. I could have not pressed on and gotten treatment from someone else....

Definitely recommend. I’ve visited many doctors & physical/massage therapists over the years trying to find relief for various issues related to my back & neck and I found a lot of healing here. It was nothing like my previous experiences with chiropractors - no surprise adjustments. Their methods are based on measurements, not loud pops which feel good before the effect soon wears off.I had marked improvements over two months and it was absolutely worth the long drives down in rush hour traffic. I was very impressed with everyone at the clinic, particularly Dr. Cashman. He’s meticulous about the treatment he gives and is open to complimentary therapies.

So this is a God miracle kinda day. Gotta thank my neighbor for fixing my car. Ppl, and certain doctors don't know what they are talking about just to keep lying n you coming back. This whole time I've been telling them it's my neck no x-rays just MRI and show bulging discs ( they don't tell you y just trying to say wear n tare) I didn't know there was a specific chiropractor. Until a day ago, when God had this one type of doctor start following me on TikTok. I researched it and found one in OKC and called them. They were able to get me in earlier today very helpful and everyone was Awesome!!! Did a consultation, had multiple x-rays done before and after adjustment. EVERY BONE IN MY NECK WAS THE PROBLEM. THE C1 WAS ONE WAY AND C2 WAS PUSHED ALL THE WAY OVER THE OTHER WAY PUTTING PRESSURE ON THE SPINE I BELIEVE DR CASHMAN SAID MY CASE WAS DEFINITELY DIFFERENT AND WON'T GIVE UP ON ME AND PRAYED FOR ME TO... GUYS THEY ARE AMAZING AND I BARELY FELT A THING! AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT MY BODY ALREADY WENT BACK TO 50% YAWL DEFINITELY CHECK THEM OUT OR GET YOUR FAMILY AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM BC YOU ALL KNOW SOMEONE WITH PROBLEMS IM SURE ARE RESPONSIBLE BC OF THEIR NECK ( MY PROBLEMS WEAKNESS, VOICE, WALKING, LOST WEIGHT ETC) I GET TO TELL MY DOCTORS THEY WERE WRONG. I struggled for years with upper neck problems from head injuries and then had two more head injuries in late 2022. The dysfunction became so bad I was non functional. Completely disabled. Everything in outside world was so overwhelming.I tried everything when someone finally mentioned the NUCCA technique and Dr Sheppard. It has been an absolutely God send. I was having severe dysfunction and severe pain. I couldn’t believe how quickly my pain came down to tolerable levels. I have been treatment for 3 months and have gotten most of my recent deficits back. They have gone above and beyond any other doctor I saw for this condition. Everyone else only prescribed drugs and would send me to someone else. Dr Sheppard gets to the root cause.
