OBK is FAMILY! All trainers are Amazing! I usually take Dr CC’s and Kenneth’s class! I love them both—they are two of the nicest, dedicated, and knowledgeable trainers! They listen to you and help with any concerns related to injuries, working with you to make your training smooth. Everyone here is very nice and friendly! The class schedule works for me, and it was super easy to get started. I highly recommend OBK to anyone just starting out!

OBK Fitness has an amazing community. From my very first class after a long injury rehab, I felt genuinely welcomed—especially by Coach C.C. and Paula, an OBK athlete, who immediately put me at ease.Coach C.C. is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to share helpful tips that improved my snatch, which is such a complex Olympic lift. She broke down the mechanics in a way that made it easy to understand, and I felt safe and supported throughout the workout. The WOD was challenging but still fun, which made the experience even better.Overall, OBK is a great place to train and be part of a strong, encouraging community.

Took Dr. C.C.’s 9am class at OBK Fitness this morning and it was SO much fun!!The energy in the room was unmatched — from the coach to the athletes, everyone brought the hype and made it such a great experience. You can tell there’s a strong community here, which I love. The equipment was top tier, the workout was challenging in the best way, and everything felt really well put together. As a physical therapist, I’m always paying attention to movement, coaching, and overall environment — and this is definitely a place I’d feel confident recommending to my clients. Can’t wait to be back 🙌🔥

OBK is the only gym I have felt like an "athlete" on day one.On boarding - I did mine with Coach Amanda and she was the absolute BEST. I had never lifted weights before and she taught me step by step the proper technique and the name of each movement. She was so encouraging and helped me gain the confidence to know I can do this! The classes - There are so many shapes, sizes and ages represented at OBK that intimidation is not even a thing. The one thing everyone does have in common is their support for each other. When you attend a class you will hear things from other athletes like "good job" "you got this" "Lets go'.The class's content is very well thought out There is a good rotation of movements throughout the week so even if you do not attend everyday, you can be sure to get a full body workout by the end of the week. The coaches - They are all just good solid humans who love what they do and love teaching and encouraging you to be your best. Each day they will greet you by name and make you feel welcomed. They all have their own style but each are experts in weight training. Even though you are in a group setting you still have that one on one feel. The coaches will walk you through each movement before having you start on your own. They will walk around and either make little tweaks in what you are doing or compliment you on your great form. They will also help you decide when it's time to add more weight or take a little off. Safety is always on their mind so they will show modified movements while you are getting stronger.Overall OBK provides the perfect environment whether you are a beginner or a well seasoned pro. The coaches, the workouts, the facility and most important the family like mentality is what makes this my forever gym!Since joining OBK I am physically and mentally stronger. I sleep better, make better nutritional choices and am leaner. I look forward to waking up each morning and challenging myself to the workouts and being part of the OBK community.

My best experience at a gym. She did amazing, I got so many nice and helpful tips. She was with me through out my entire work out supporting me, and making sure I was doing great. She was one of the most sweetest and encouraging coaches I have ever had. I felt welcomed and comfortable at the gym, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First time at OBK and was impressed.I’ve been doing CrossFit for about five years, and Coach Amanda is one of the warmest, most welcoming coaches I’ve met. She struck that perfect balance of pushing me hard without ever making it feel overwhelming. She read the room, understood my experience level right away, and coached with the kind of confidence that makes you want to level up.The gym itself has an incredible vibe — super community-oriented, family-friendly, and genuinely encouraging. You can tell people love being here.

I had been a member for almost 2 years. I highly recommend this gym if you want a friendly atmosphere with great coaches. Every 3 months you have a meeting to set goals and check to see how you are progressing in achieving your goals.

I 1000% recommend OBK!If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! OBK is more than just a gym—it’s a true community. The workouts are always challenging, but what sets OBK apart is how welcoming and supportive everyone is. The coaches are absolutely incredible, motivating, knowledgeable, and always pushing you to be your best, while meeting you exactly where you’re at.Their app makes it super easy to track your progress, and I loved how each workout offers different tiers so you can choose the level that fits you best. It’s perfect whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits. The only reason I had to stop going was because I relocated, but if I could’ve brought OBK with me, I absolutely would have! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for results, community, and a place to grow—physically and mentally.
