I wish i could give them 0 star My appointment was made on phone for Last Monday and confirmed 2 times. Appointment time was 3:15pm I came early at 2:30pm and inform the lady at counter and she said doctor will go for lunch at now and will be back at 3pm I ask her so i will be seen by doctor at 3:15 not early she said yes. I went out and came back at 3:14pm she was at reception and she knows i am waiting I kept waiting until 3:55pm and she came to me and said doctor did not have had his lunch and now he is going for lunch and will be back in 20 minutes or so is it ok with you. How it can be ok with me i was waiting all that time and you didn’t bother to inform me that i have to wait that long and during that time she was chatting with some female came from outside and keep doing gossip loudly and laughing she didn’t even bother to inform me that they are running late. It was very disrespectful for me I canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional
