I am an older guy in my late 60's. I have been training in the marital arts since 1996 under a variety of schools and instructors. Three years ago I discovered Blue Dragon in Miami Shores. The Blue Dragon program has been by far the most satisfying in terms of consistency, convenience, quality and pricing. I know exactly what to expect in training each time I step in the door. It is most important to note that after three years with Master Fruitstone, I feel I am in the best shape of my life. Master Fruitstone demands much of each of his students, but he treats all of us with fairness and understanding. Blue Dragon Taekwon-Do has my highest recommendation. Less
Blue Dragon TKD is the best place to study Tae Kwon Do in Miami! The school is Internationally recognized. Master Fruitstone challenges his students to become not only better fighters but people through the 5 tenets of TKD; courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.
