I got a quote to paint the car as well and from him to detail it. after talking to Jim he promised the car could be restored back to 95% of what it looked like. detailing myself i knew it was a tough job. took about 1 month before the car is done due to insurance taking forever but they had horrible communication with Jim (owner) always traveling. he barely answers to texts and you really have to be persistent just for a call back. during my visits to see how the car is they neglected to tape off any rubber trim pieces letting the sanding and polish residue splash all over and whitening my rubber trim. they keep promising its not the finished yet but just wait... upon them claiming its done... we detected that they burned through the edges of my b pillars and as well as the front bumper... those damages were now newly done by them as Jim didnt even tell me WE HAD TO POINT THEM OUT!!! this resulted in my car being sent to another shop which ultimately ended up with my car being totaled due to newly added damages. For how reputable he is in detailing community and trusting Jim is am very disappointing in the way he handled things. if you are going in for a simple paint correction im sure they are great from the reviews i read. but with this job he went way over his head and instead of being honest he completely screwed over my car.... I hope if you are reading this to be careful with these guys, on my car they cut corners and even claimed to have 130 hours done, how do they do a full detail job withought taking off any of my carbon trim as all the compound splashed everywhere. 1/10 job Less

I watched one of their guys in a red logo'd truck ride someone's tail for over a mile between Hwy 20 and 141 this morning on GA 400. Very discourteous driver. Can't speak to the quality of the detail work, but that's tells me enough about their staff that I'll never walk in the door. Vehicle advertising can work both ways... in this case it was a miss.
