12/30/25 update:The owner reached out to me directly shortly after this review was posted. He wanted to set up a time where he could personally come take a look and see if we could find a solution. He advised the curb was Out of level and actually leaning away from the shower (This is the tile guy’s problem, not their problem). He offered a solution while explaining The potential issues. He installed a water dam. We will see how this works over the next several weeks.I greatly appreciate the quick response and the willingness to find a solution to keep the water inside the shower. It’s worth noting if I have another shower project I am not opposed to using this company again. Their staff is professional, and the owner genuinely cares about his business and his customers.I’ll start with the staff is great, never had any problems with the staff. We opted to go with them, even though they were a little bit more expensive due to reviews, and they specialize in shower doors. When you hire a specialist, you don’t expect problems, Or when you do you expect them to take care of them.Unfortunately, after a couple phone calls and one home visit (That they charged us for)over three months later, our shower door is STILL leaking. It’s interesting. The Builder grade $600 shower enclosure didn’t leak after 25 years. This has been leaking since the get-go and they can’t seem to figure out how to make their product stop leaking without nickel and dimming me. Over $2,000 spent and I’m expected to continue paying For what should’ve been done right the first time.Maybe I’m crazy but the way I see it is when I pay a company for a shower enclosure It shouldn’t leak after they leave and when it does, they shouldn’t nickel and dime you to fix what they should’ve got right to start with. They were sent videos when it was first reported.
