I highly recommend Taylor with ZeroMold. He is an excellent communicator. Throughout the entire process, he responded quickly to all of my questions, and reached out several times to coordinate and confirm information. He takes pride in his work, and truly cares about providing quality service to his customers. He did a great job removing surface mold from the wooden beams in our basement, and even sanitized our HVAC system, after discovering raccoon feces in it. Most recently, he completed a mold remediation in our attic space, which could only be accessed from the roof. He was very patient as we had to coordinate with the roofing contractors, and arrived on site early as the roofers were finishing up the roof removal. He discovered two birds’ nests in our attic and, when the roofers said they were not going to remove them, he went above and beyond the call of duty and removed them himself. I had mold growing in my 5 year old heat pump system. Taylor was my technician. He provided excellent customer service, explained what needed to be done, remediated the mold and came back nearly a year later to conduct another mold test to ensure the mold has not grown back. I had several companies to come out and provide estimates. I found Zero Mold's treatment plan and explanation to be the best plan to fix the problem. We had a very professional and helpful consultation with Zero Mold. Taylor the technician made us feel safe and reassured. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He described the steps that he would have to take to fix the problem, and gave his opinion on what was very likely the cause of the source of water leakage. In my quest to have use of my basement, I needed to have mold remediation done before that could happen so. I went about looking for a reliable cost effective service, and Zero Mold was by far the best the best option in terms of cost and effectiveness. During the Covid period that we are in, it’s unheard of to get such a quick response. I reached out to this company around 9p and Taylor contacted me at 8a the next morning, and did an inspection a few hours later. ZeroMold responded to my request immediately by coming to the home, inspecting, identifying the problem and scheduling the remediation. Found some mold on my living room ceiling and called a few places for an appointment. Taylor was responsive and was able to fit me in on the same day for an assessment. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through his process on the removal. Decided on this company because his chemicals are non toxic and no drywall had to be removed due to the effectiveness of the chemicals. The work was done well and I was amazed at the results.
