Dr. Dino is very professional and took the time to explain everything for me. The staff is very kind and wonderful. Cheryl is sweet and has a great bedside manner. Nurse MichelleB is THE best! She treats me like I'm just another number. Makes me feel comfortable and is very professional.

Dr. Dino and his staff are phenomenal. I've had 3 cervical injections that all helped tremendously. The procedure can be a bit scary but they explain everything and make you feel very comfortable along the way.

I had been in so much pain from my left hip until I found PPOW. Everyone there is fabulous, and Dr Tsoulfas is so caring, and will answer all of your questions. Some of the medical assistances I heard talking about me as well as other patients. Ive had a procedure that caused a horrible flare up and I called literally in tears and at the end of the day I had to call back because someone claimed they called and they did not. Today I had an appointment at 0920, I got there and the office was closed. Im out in an ice storm and NO ONE called to cancel, so when I speak to the clinic I was told that someone called my home phone at 0836 this morning to cancel because of the weather, well this storm was predicted last week and to cancel 40 mins prior to the appointment was so unacceptable , now Im a VA patient from Illinois and I have to take a written script in monthly. So because there's a death in the family and I have to travel I would be gone past my refill date but have enough med until my refill date. So now I have to miss my Aunts services because Walgreens doesn't take out of state perscriptions. When I got home and checked my messages. No call from the clinic. I was able to print my incoming calls. I have not received a call from the pain clinic since Sunday the 19th. No one communicate, no one call back. It's unfortunate because I truly like Dr. Dino and Jill Less
