We had a very tough kitchen sink drain clog. 2 of the bigger named services could not get it clear over 2 days, so I took a chance and called Hicks. Duane promised me he could get it cleared out and had his own technique that worked when others did not. I was skeptical, but he proved himself correct and within 1 hour the drain was fully cleared and our holiday weekend of hosting was saved. This man knows his stuff!

I can't recommend Tony and his crew enough! After years of a slow washing machine drain Tony gave me some options of how to approach it and in not time, had it running like new. Replaced a 15 year old water heater. Adam our technician was super helpful and knowledge, gave us ease of mind. Called on a Thursday and had our new water heater installed the next day, they also removed our old water free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Gary Anderson, one of the technicians of this company visited us to fix our problems. The original schedule was set up on Friday afternoon but couldn't make it coz the work at the previous customer couldn't be finished and the company needed to reschedule it. They sent Gary on Saturday morning instead without extra charge even though mines were not emergency case and their technicians don't work on weekend usually. Gary investigated our problems carefully and throughly and figured out what the problem is. The plumber of another company couldn't even find the problem. Gary did an excellent job and explained so politely to me. I had to pay a lot but I am really satisfied with this result. In the future if I have a pluming problem, I definitely call to Mr.Gary Anderson of Hicks Plumbing. Thank you so much!

Great job on installing a new replacement kitchen faucet set. So nice to have one where everything works without leaking all the time. Careful attention to details and making necessary adjustments for my counter arrangement. Service was also very quick and no problems in getting the work conveniently scheduled. The Hick's staff were very professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.

I had a burst water line outside my house, and I was referred to Hicks Plumbing by another plumber I had used in the past. Tony and assistant went well beyond the call of duty in working long hours to replace the line and restore water service to my house.
