Morgana makes THE BEST gluten free croissants I’ve come across. In the GF world, croissants are a unicorn food. I’ve tried many of the menu items and don’t have complaints, but it’s the croissants that I crave. THANK YOU, Morgana’s, for making the gluten free items that other bakers won’t- and doing it so well!

I had two different types of donuts, one regular twist and one seasonal apple cider donut, and then one of the cinnamon rolls. They were all so good!!! The apple cider donut was my favorite. So nice to have a place I feel comfortable eating, especially since I haven’t had a donut in years. Highly recommend! 😊

Morgana’s carrot cake tasted like she made it with love for her favorite person! It is easily one of the best birthday cakes I have ever had. I don’t even live in KC anymore, but am considering coming back every year for that cake.

Lovely little gluten free bakery. Very tasty. The croissants are perfect. They have a freezer that we stocked up from passing through KC. The rest of trip was more relaxed not having to hunt down GF options along the way.

Hands down, BEST carrot cake I've ever had, including those with gluten! I'm a diehard carrot cake fan and have not been able to appease my (gluten free) taste buds until now! The cake was the perfect moisture and flavor and the icing was just the right amount of sweet. I'll be going back to Morgana's for all my cake needs!

My children rely on Morganas for every birthday party they have. Its so refreshing to know my babies with allergies still get a pretty cake on their birthdays! They are gluten and dairy free and well as artificial colors free. We also have not introduced nuts to them yet. So they are also nut free.

Wonderful, locally owned GF bakery! The store is clean & cute! I’ve had GF/DF cookies, cupcakes, cake, chocolate covered strawberries and the cinnamon rolls and all have been very satisfying & good tasting! She takes orders at just 2-3 wks out. Morgana is wonderful to work with & has great customer service. She has fabulous decorating skills for cakes too! Check out the gallery of pictures on the website! She is extremely knowledgeable in baking for allergy needs. All GF items are costly compared to non-GF; that’s everywhere! gluten free flours & ingredients utilized cost more. Her cupcake and cake prices are very comparable to other GF bakeries in the KC metro. This small business is 5 star! It’s 100% GF and very safe for Celiac’s. My son and I both have Celiac’s Disease and we enjoy Morgana’s so so much! Less

I bought a thanksgiving pie from here and it was delicious and even better the the one full of gluten we had ordered from a different place!! They did a great job and we were able to provide a delicious dessert for the gluten free eaters!

Delicious, fresh gluten free baked goods and specialty items. Around the holidays you can even order ahead to pick up gf rolls, croutons, pies and pie crusts! Owner is as sweet as the cupcakes. They occasionally have Cupcakes and Canvas painting events which are fun and full of goodies.

The cup cakes are wonderful, I bought lemon..yummy. I Also tried the cinnamon rolls. I brought one home for breakfast. If you are gluten free or have food allergies, make this little shop a must. Morgana has lots of knowledge about food allergies and is eager to help.

Picked up a gluten free apple pie and a cinnamon roll.

The selection was great. The ability to have some gluten free products that didn't have the consistency of sand was refreshing. Staff was very friendly and open to explaining their process they use to create such great food. Definitely a hidden gem, a diamond in a rough area as it were.

I was so impressed with the treats and service at Morganas. She offers so many options for most any allergies or preference such as gluten, dairy, vegan, nuts. I sampled several items and didn't leave any leftovers! Everything is made from scratch, the frosting is delicious! Wonderfully delicious! Ordered the variety cupcakes for a dinner party. Every flavor was delicious and the guests wanted to know where to get them. My favorite was the Carrot Cake!
