I have reached out to the company multiple times now with no returned communication or solutions. The unit we have is older and repairs can be complex, I understand. However, they have not delivered on the job that they were paid to complete. I hate to leave a review that is negative but I am at a loss as to what else I can do. Very disappointed and confused.

Wow. Sent a tech out the same day to fix a burner on my stove. Got it working and checked out my ice maker as well. Tech even removed his shoes before coming in. Followed up the next day and made sure everything was still working great. Highly recomend and they will be my applicance people for now on. Great job guys !

Liars! The repairman came to my apartment THREE weeks ago for a dryer repair but did not fully repair the dryer. He was caught in a lie about ordering a part last week, and now has been caught in a lie AGAIN. He said he would service the dryer Tuesday but NO-SHOWED. He promised he would service the dryer Wednesday morning before lunch, and AGAIN NO-SHOWED. There is no reasonable explanation for this situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND WILL LIE.Update: after making a fuss in person at the landlord’s office, the repairman appeared this morning to fix the dryer. His excuse was that he had six refrigerators to repair Wednesday.

We have used Boone several times over the years, since we have not bought extended service warranties on appliances we have bought in the past. They always fix it and explain what went wrong. They replaced the ice-maker in this place.

After sending a tech out to diagnose a problem with our fridge, Boone refused to order the part that was under warranty. While waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the part to come in, we found out from LG that Boone refused the order. No communication from Boone's side ever told us this.
