I contacted Boone Appliances on a Friday afternoon, hoping someone could take a look at our fridge before the weekend. I received a call back after the dispatcher checked with their technicians and was told that someone could come out in the next couple of hours. Will was professional, polite and got the job done, in fact he went above and beyond, offering to replace the back panel of the fridge we took off when trying to troubleshoot the issue. Would happily use Boone again (although hopefully not anytime soon).

We’ve recently had a problem with our refrigerator and stove. Boon’s was very prompt and their repairman, Ryan did a great job both times. I highly recommend them for any of your Appliance needs!

Consistently professionalPromptThey place the priority on what is best for the customer instead of pushing for repairs that may not be the best thing for the customer long term.

Because of Boone Appliance, I became aware of a design flaw in my refrigerator which was part of a class action lawsuit. They were most helpful. I will call them again should I need assistance with another appliance in the future.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about the inter-workings of my refrigerator. He was very honest about cost of repair and the warranty of the work. I live close by and have driven past them several times and now I know someone who is close and fair about their work who I can trust! Thanks Ryan!GlennAnderson

Boone Appliances is one of the best service companies I have met for a very very long time. I’m very impressed by Will and how he was so polite and tried everything he could to make sure the washer and dryer was running great unfortunately a part was discontinued for the washer, but he still tried to make it work to the best of his ability. The service was phenomenal. The pricing was phenomenal. The military discount was such a great thing for him to do. The young lady at the service desk was very professional and courteous, and tried helping me any way she could thank you so much for being so professional from the beginning to the end I will use Boone Appliances anytime and I highly recommend them to anybody.
