He spent a lot of time helping us to get the design and the layout right for our space, worked with us on several revisions to our plan, and was flexible with scheduling to accommodate our other backyard renovations. I was headed down for the week flying in late Saturday July 4th. I contacted them to see if they had a Green Mountain Davey Crockett in stock. I paid for it and they held it and met me on Sunday, July 5th so I could use over the weekend even though they were closed. I greatly appreciated them going the extra mile and coming in.
