⭐️⭐️I honestly would not recommend this salon. The biggest issue is that the technicians do not seem to be fully present while they are providing your service. They are constantly on their phones—texting, FaceTiming, and carrying on personal conversations instead of paying attention to the customer.They also don’t seem to listen to what you are asking for. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain what I want while someone is distracted on their phone.Another thing I found very uncomfortable was the constant talking in their language while doing my service. I understand that people can speak whatever language they choose, but when you’re sitting there as the customer and the entire service is filled with conversations you cannot understand, while the technician is already not paying attention to you, it feels very rude and unprofessional.When I spend my money on a service, I expect to be treated with attention, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received none of those things during my visit. I left feeling ignored and disappointed, and I definitely will not be returning.
