This is not the old Sunshine drapery that did good work at a fair price for years. It got sold years ago. Now this Bruce (owner) just trades on a past reputation of good service and quality he doesn't or ever did provide. Very unprofessional from the owner on down. Once they get your money , they couldn't care less about you. They don't show up for install appointments. When you call and complain the owner actually said to me "well there only friggen draperies" I don't recommend anyone waste their time with this company. Oh and the quality of the draperies are very poor. They have seams coming undone, they don't lay right, its an overall cut rate job. Less

They provided excellent knowledgable service and design consultation and the designer and company were a true pleasure to work with. I did not use any outside design services on our home and completed this project solely with the help of their very knowledgable staff matching custom draperies to our furniture and rug selections previously made. We ordered some plantation shutters from Sunshine Drapery. They failed to deliver the window treatments by the date they guaranteed. When I voiced my displeasure, I received an email from their CEO. He stated "I do not wish to discuss this any further with you, nobody got sick or even died, they are JUST WINDOW TREATMENTS."
