“Alpine CrossFit Brought Me Back to Life”As a retired deputy with mobility issues after six left shoulder surgeries and nearly ten years of rehabilitation, my body simply wasn’t what it used to be. I no longer felt strong or fit, and I wasn’t sure what was possible for me physically anymore. From the moment I walked into Alpine CrossFit, Coach Chappie welcomed me and truly met me where I was. The coaching team is exceptional, not only knowledgeable, but genuinely caring and supportive of every athlete at every level.I love my 6am class with Coach Arlene, Coach Steve and Coach Jackie, but what stands out even more is the consistent encouragement no matter when you come in. If I miss the morning class and show up later in the day, I’m welcomed with the same warmth and support. The community here truly feels like family. What makes this experience even more meaningful is that it’s impacted my entire family. My husband, who is disabled and on oxygen, participates in the Legends (65+) class and is doing incredible things while maintaining his mobility, which is so important at his age.My best friend and my son join me for morning workouts, and it’s such a gift to share that time with the people I love. My daughter even started her CrossFit journey here with Coach Chappie and Arlene. She’s now a Division 1 soccer athlete at Grand Canyon University and continues her weightlifting today.Alpine CrossFit has created an incredible atmosphere of encouragement, strength, and community not just for me, but for my entire family. We are truly grateful to have found this amazing place.
