I ordered last Wednesday fitted today. Prompt polite and great value. Finish my windows off nicely. I looked at the books and got a quote on the ones I chose. The chap who did the quote said if you want to go for the deal it will be £70 cheaper. He really didn’t have to do that as I would have been happy with the first price. Very Poor aftercare, my rollers are falling down 1 by 1 due to poor plugs / fixings used, Wintons have been out but just replaced the plug with another tiny plug, They are now ignoring my messages and trying to fob me off, £550 spent this time + £300 2 years ago. I expected more from this company and Nabil in particular, I will now be reporting this to trading standards.

Absolutely awful company who we would never use again. We ended up receiving a discount because of the terrible service we received over a period of 10 weeks. Blinds came unfinished, didn’t fit and we were left without one for numerous weeks. They weren’t able to source a pelmet to fit our window- this wasn’t explained to us at point of purchase. In the initial fitting the fitter rushed home at finishing time leaving us without one blind fitted, with one blind broken and with two of the blinds the wrong way round which my partner had to remeasure and ask to be moved. The blinds were unfinished- some coloured along the edge and some not. We had to wait for Wintons to order “a special pen” to fix this which took them three weeks to do. The blinds were fitted so poorly that they didn’t run consistently along the window but were all at different levels- the second fitter had to spend time fixing this. I spoke with the manager and was told that a fitter would come out to us- the fitter failed to show up and I wasn’t made aware of this. This happened twice whilst dealing with the company. Complete lack of communication and complete disaster- I would steer clear of this business and have used another to fit the rest of my blinds. Less

Had Nabil come out to measure for 4 blinds, and then Eddy came out to fit them. Eddy was fabulous and helped to fill the holes from the old blinds so I didn’t have to. Will be calling them if I decide to have a blinds fitted in my kitchen.

I had Charlie come out initially who bought loads of samples. I Found him very friendly and professional. No pressure sales at all. Once ordered Amir came to fit them. Again no fault in service.
