Queen's Carpet Cleaning gave us the best carpet cleaning ever. I did a lot of research and almost choose the carpet cleaner we used last time. We took a chance and scheduled Queen's. The quote was about $50 higher than out previous carpet cleaner, but the reviews were better for Queen's.Freddie came out right on time and did an excellent job. I showed him the traffic areas and the grandkids spills. He pretreated the areas and started cleaning. I have no idea why (better cleaning solution?), but the traffic areas came out a lot cleaner than ever before. It took the carpet about four hours to dry. There was zero over spray on the tile floors adjoining the carpet. We even had towels sitting out to dry off the tile, but we didn't need them.Overall, we were very pleased with the entire cleaning process.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Queen’s Carpet at multiple properties throughout the years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Most recently, they completed a deep cleaning of our commercial kitchen and bathrooms at our retirement community, and the results were outstanding.Chad is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. His crew is always respectful and considerate of our residents and their needs, which is especially important in a senior living environment. On one occasion, while Chad and his crew were at our community cleaning corridor carpets, a resident experienced a water issue in their apartment. Even though it was not their responsibility or fault, Chad went above and beyond and helped us extract the water that evening. That level of customer service and willingness to help truly speaks volumes about the kind of company they are.I highly recommend Queen’s Carpet for their quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service. They are a vendor I’m always confident recommending and will continue to use for our properties.
