Iâm a beginner to CrossFit with no background in hard physical training, and I was very hesitant very at first. However, I canât say enough great things about my experience. After losing over 130 lbs, being over 50, and having two hip replacements, I wasnât sure if CrossFit was for me, but it absolutely is!!! The trainers are AMAZING, knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly attentive. They meet you where you are and make sure youâre safe while encouraging you to push your limits in the best way. The entire CrossFit community has been so welcoming and helpful. Iâve never felt judged or out of place; instead, Iâve found a family thatâs cheering me on every step of the way. If youâre standing where I was and maybe just a little hesitant, unsure, or even a little scared, please hear me: You are stronger than you think! With a community like this, you wonât just build muscle, youâll build confidence and start to rebuild yourself. CrossFit is changing my life for the better, and Iâm here to stay for good!
