I recently had Shaw Power install a solar system to my home. I had undertaken extensive research and learn't relatively quickly that there were numerous solar providers offering 'cheap deals' however these were far inferior products and generally involved poor workmanship. From the very beggining Wyatt was super helpful firstly working with myself to working out our needs/wants all the way through to the end of installation and after installation service. At no point did Wyat try to 'upsell' anything he was just generally concerened about making things work around our budget and getting the best value for that. Couldn't be happier with the solar install - Wyatt was great with communication during the quote and scheduling, the install went smoothly and exactly when scheduled for the price quoted - my neighbours paid more for similar set ups through other installers! The install looks great - both on the roof, in the garage and all cabling - the inverter was installed neatly with the cabling hidden behind it, and cabling/conduit to the roof hidden behind a down pipe. He even took the time to make sure the monitoring app was installed and working on my phone - whereas one of my neighbours was left completely on their own there by another company. They also cleaned up before leaving - another place where my neighbours were let down by other companies. Less
