I had laser hair removal done today at Lenny Med Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My lady (laser tech) Manisha correct me if I’m wrong is hands down fantastic personality and work ethic wise. They really took the time to ensure everything was done carefully and professionally. I've been going here for about 2 years now for Laser Hair removal I can say I am very satisfied with the results I have type V skin type and the laser works wonderfully. I would say though in the beginning they had a few different technicians and additionally the nurse practitioner had the laser on too high of a setting and burnt my tattoo and I also had sun burn scarring. Also there was a scheduling issue as well I guess due to switching software programs. Overall my experience here has been mostly positive and I would recommend them.
