I had my very first surgery today to remove my top wisdom teeth, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through it. I’ve been battling intense anxiety all week leading up to the procedure, and even when I was sitting in the chair, I almost asked to postpone it because of how overwhelmed I felt.But Dr. Bilikas, who performed the surgery, Claret, who assisted, and Kaelly, who monitored my vitals, made all the difference. They were kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, and I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.So far, the surgery itself went smoothly with no known complications, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well they handled everything. Dr B made it right until he was totally satisfied the new crown fit me perfectly This may be the best Dentist you will ever meet Update - after a very difficult tooth removal Dr B took the time for a quick check to see how the healing went before I was heading out for a 20 day trip. The Doctor and Team at 32 Pearls are very contentious to each patient’s needs. I personally have a low tolerance to pain and the Doctor and his staff members are able to accept all my challenges showing the upmost respect!!! PS: Today’s pharmacist has found a way to make generic GAS, however, the Doctor at 32 Pearls has chosen not to buy the cheaper brand!!! Less

My Invisalign dentist provider, 6 months into it and couldn't be happier. Decided to change from my long-term primary dentist for every 6 months through team cleaning and glad I did, today's appointment perfect: both dental hygienist and staff superb with their skill and professionalism, painless and gentle scraping, hard to believe it was actually scraping, plus the other aspects of cleaning, superb job. UPDATE 8/15/2024 - I couldn’t wait to write this update. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot. Today I was fortunate enough to experience the amazing hygienist Marlene. Marlene is a rockstar. Not only is she very thorough. My teeth are sparkling and feeling great. She did a fantastic job. Marlene is professional, caring, personable and fun. Love her!You truly can’t go wrong at 32Pearls. Marlene, Simrun and Doctor B are all amazing. Everyone gets 5 stars!!! Oh…. And the staff are equally as great. Always happy and a pleasure to visit with. It’s a small office. But they seem to have all the equipment you could possible need. I needed to get a CT Scan and to my surprise they had the machine. I was pleased I didn’t have to go somewhere else. My hygienist is Simrun. She is fantastic. Very gentle and caring. I love the location. There is always plenty of parking. If you don’t have insurance be sure to ask about their insurance in office plan. It’s great and it will save you some money.Again…. One of the nicest experiences ever in a dental cleaning appointment. Simrun, the hygienist, does an excellent job very efficiently and is very pleasant to work with. I can only recommend her and hope she won't go anywhere anytime soon. Dr. Bilikas himself is always friendly and supportive. I've undertaken a long dental care road, root canal and crowns, to implants, orthodontics and advanced cosmetic work. This has taken me to many offices. I find Dr. Bilikas and his team the most neighborly, respectful and down to earth people. Miriam and Aditi are a dream to deal with; so sweet, helpful and capable.
