I expect the best dental care from 32 Pearls, and I consistently get it. Their compact and efficient office in Leschi (a Seattle neighborhood) is very comfortable, modern and safe, having been recently upgraded. Lighting is muted, and several treatment rooms have windows or skylights. Free off-street parking is also available a few steps from the door. Staff members consistently show their passion and skill, with careful attention to safety, excellence and listening to patient concerns. The neighborhood itself is charming and easy to access. I am very happy with Dr. Bilikas and his amazingly dependable staff.

I’ve been a patient here for about three years, and I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and integrity this clinic provides. Dr. Michael Bilikas and the entire team — especially Miriam, Claret, and Simran — are incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely focused on patient well-being.On one occasion, I had a dental emergency related to a gum infection. The scheduling process was quick and smooth, and the staff and Dr. Bilikas treated the issue promptly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how attentive they were afterward, checking in multiple times to make sure I was recovering well.I’ve also had a crown redone here. The previous crown from another provider had a noticeable gap that caused ongoing issues, but Dr. Bilikas took extra care to ensure the new crown fit properly. He even went through multiple iterations to make sure there were no gaps that could lead to future problems. That level of precision and commitment really speaks to their professionalism.Overall, this clinic consistently goes the extra mile. It’s a small office but clean and bright. I have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist and I enjoy coming here because the staff are kind and patient. I unfortunately took an hour to get a tooth removed because I was scared but I never felt rushed by the staff, only encouraged. Also the price was much more reasonable than other dentist I’ve been to in Seattle.
