We remodeled our kitchen with new countertops and cabinets. The problem with the cabinets is that they are not deep enough like the ones we used to have and our dinner plates barely fit. Also they are smaller than the previous one. we thought that the so called "designer" would measure and and ordered the same size cabinets we used to have. Also the sink is smaller than the previous one. Another issue was the granite backsplash. In some areas there is a gap between the cabinets and the backsplash. Also the way the cabinets were placed are not the same in the area we used to have son now we open a drawer and is not what we are looking for. The drawer was installed at the reverse of the other ones. Since the cabinets are smaller, we had to donate the items that no longer fit. GraniTech did not provide any solutions for the issues that we had. Further, the installers are not GraniTech employees abut are subcontractors. After spending a considerable amount of money we are not happy with remodel. Less

I was VERY disappointed in this company for the 1st time. They'd done 2 smaller jobs for me and did quality work. However on this job, which was a kitchen remodel - a much larger job it was a horrendous experience. The crew had a complete lack of respect for my home - from not protecting my home from the debris, dust etc. that the job itself caused to going #2 in my bathrooms on multiple occasions to standing on my kitchen counter tops in their boots, also using my Master Bath towels to mop the floor & more. It was Too Much. Then about a 1/4 of the way into the job the owner did what I call the oke doke, where I discovered that he charged me a full kitchen remodel price for just putting the island in. When I asked him about it he charged me thousands of dollars more if I wanted them to finish & "complete" the kitchen. It was all Too Much!!! I will Never hire or work with them again & still feel upset that the owner would treat me this way as a returning customer especially ... also that his business practice was such that I had the experience I did Thus, I feel it important to leave this review so others are aware. Recently, we needed to completely renovate our bathroom to accommodate my husband’s disability. GraniTech was an incredible contractor and partner for our bathroom renovation from design concept to completion. They provided stellar service beginning to end. From the people, to the process, to the final product, they were consistently excellent. Everyone involved with the project was courteous, conscientious and wildly competent! The owner, project developer and on-site staff were creative, and styled our bathroom specific to the needs of our house. Knowing our circumstances, our project developer Hasan made design recommendations that I would not have known about to better accommodate my husband disability. This was not a cookie cutter solution, but one that was designed uniquely to our specific needs. GraniTech customer service was beyond anything I’d ever experienced. More than just responsive, they anticipated issues and needs. There was never a time that I sent a text or made a call that I wasn’t immediately responded to by my project manager or by the owner himself. Every issue was dealt with promptly and resolved to everyone’s highest degree of satisfaction. I was bowled over by the high level of standards they hold themselves to in order to please the client. Granitech finished the job on time and on budget using superior quality materials, products, and workmanship. But most of all, I felt supported, respected and cared for throughout the entire process. Even though our job was just one bathroom, we were treated with the same level of attention and care as if we were building a house from the ground up. The result was a beautiful and functional bathroom that I can’t stop showing off to our friends. But the most important thing was the care that they showed for our family that makes them superior to any other contractor. You will be well taken care of with GraniTech! Less

Update: GraniTech took immediate action upon being notified of my cabinet quality issue. They had someone come out to assess the issue, and within a week I had all of the cabinet and drawer fronts replaced with no chipping. I am pleased to give the company the 5 stars they so well deserve. Original Post: I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars but ultimately decided on 4 due to the quality of service I received from my designer Oyun, project manager Savas, granite specialist Felipe and the tiling crew. They were all outstanding, friendly and easy to work with. All in all, my kitchen renovation was affordable and completed within a reasonable time frame. However, I am less impressed with the quality of the cabinetry and installment (they used KCD). The finish on my cabinets is chipping easily in multiple areas. Almost every drill hole from the cabinet pulls has chipping around it. They patched up some of the chipping but not in any way I would consider professionally fixed (they just put some matching wax over it which is now also dried and chipping). It’s frustrating because I really want to rate the company higher, but the quality of the cabinets is keeping me from doing so. Less
