I had water damage coming from a downstairs bathroom wall. The baseboard showed obvious signs of water absorption, it was swollen and separating from the drywall. I called Fannco and they sent someone over the following day. Caleb and Jackson showed up a bit earlier than the appointment time (no complaints from me) and started to asses the problem. They informed me that they cannot confirm the leak without cutting the drywall out, this is to be expected as the area was small and the suspected leak was directly behind the wall. After carefully explaining what work was to be done, and what the price ranges were. They proceeded to get started. Throughout the entire process, Caleb and Jackson took the time to update me on their progress and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. Needless to say, the replaced the damage section and patched up all necessary plumbing. The workplace was left spotless and I couldn't be happier. This isn't the first time they had came out to do some work on the house for me, each and every time, their level of customer service and professionalism still amazes me. We had FannCo out for two repairs recently. The first, to install a kitchen faucet, clean out two drains, and figure out an issue with low flow in a bathtub. The second was for a break in the main water supply line for the house. They were able to come out on a Saturday to fix the supply line issue after we discovered it on a Friday afternoon. Both situations were resolved quickly, at a reasonable price, and they tidied up after the job exceptionally well. Less

I used them today based on a recommendation on social media. The plumber came out to change one little rod for a pop up assembly on my sink stopper. He was here about 30 mins. They charged $195. He did tell me the cost before he did the repair and I held my breath as I accepted. The work is fine. I just won't call them again because that's some steep pricing for small job. I can't imagine what they'd charge for a bigger job. As much as I want to support local companies, next time I'll go with a bigger company that may have more reasonable pricing. Paying $195 for 30 minutes of work is aggravating no matter the circumstance. Less

Cannot praise this company enough. Called on behalf of my senior neighbor who was without water over Christmas due to the freeze. Called the day after Christmas and they showed up at his house within 30 min (they prioritize him since he had no water and a senior). My water heater’s pilot would not stay lit. These guys came out while only my wife was home and I was at work. My wife let them know exactly what was going on, they proceeded to break the igniter on the heater that was working perfectly fine before they were their. They then still charge us for there services and then blame the broken igniter on me while I was not there. Completely unprofessional bottom of the barrel type of people. Less
