This was a great experience, all things considered. You're never happy to get into any accident, much less one you have to pay for, but Michael made it as painless as possible. He gave me an estimate after photos but let me know he'd need to see it in person to make sure. He immediately ordered a specific part that was almost sold out for my car so he'd have it ready to go. In person, he did find additional damage but it didn't raise the estimate very much. He said it would be done on the 13th or 14th and it was. That's all I could ask for. Michael answered all of my questions and everything was handled professionally. We were really happy with the repair itself and the overall experience was top notch!
