After getting quotes from two other shops on fixing damage to the driver side doors on my 2017 Jetta, I found Michael’s Collision Center in Burien, and was very happy I did! Mike took the time to walk through everything they were going to do to repair the damage to my car, and had worked with my insurance company previously on other car repairs. He also has a connection with Enterprise Rental Car up the street in Burien, which helped when I needed to rent a vehicle while he worked on my car. Michael (Mike), was recommended to me by my mechanic as the clear coat was coming off the roof of my car. It was decided it needed to be repainted. Mike did an amazing job. It looks like new. After a surprise collision this morning, I was referred here by another local mechanic. My daughter and I were immediately, warmly, greeted & offered snacks. Renovated my 1994 Nissan pickup. Repaired collision damage to my 2023 Chevy Bolt. Very different activities, demonstrating the shop's range and diverse skills. Walked me through the insurance process for the Bolt, and successfully managed an unwilling insurer. For the truck renovation, really went above and beyond; I'll have that truck for another 20 years.For domgs and dents all the way to restoration of vintage vehicles, these guys can do it.
