I don't know where to start, because I had such an amazing visit! The staff was super professional but super sweet at the same time, they do care about the patient! I rescheduled about 4 times my appointment and they were still nice and polite about it, which you can't find that often. The staff and Dr Stein made sure that I was at ease and completely numbed. I honestly couldn’t even tell Dr Stein was injecting the anesthetic, and the filling was extremely quick. I googled emergency dental and a few came up, I called, no answers. Thought about doing an at home remedy however I think we were past that.... so I googled again and I found Dr. Stein’s number. I was an hour away from his office. I called anyways to be hopeful. After speaking with Dr.Stein he agreed to meet me at his office at 8:30pm on a Saturday!! We drove to the office and met Griselda and Dr.Stein. They were so friendly, kind, and professional. Dr.Stein was able to save my son's tooth and immediately able to stop the pain. We are so grateful for Dr.Stein and Griselda! They definitely came through and saved the night! By the time we left, my anxious wailing 12 year old went from being hysterically upset and scared to cracking jokes with his brother and laughing the whole way home. Long story short, my kids have a new dentist now and they love him! My son also told me that when Dr.Stein worked on his tooth that he didn’t feel any pain, he didn’t even feel the needle (for the numbing medicine) go in his gum. I can truly say that everyone in his office from the nice young lady that answered the phone and checked me in to the dental assistant to Dr. Stein himself were amazing. The assistant, Misty is the only one ever to place the thing used to take the xrays in my mouth without causing pain on the roof and bottom of my mouth. Dr. Stein went straight to the source of the pain. No unnecessary talk about $5000 treatment plans when all I wanted was the pain to stop. I have in the past had a really hard time getting numb for an extraction, this time I did also but Dr. Stein was very patient and kept working with me to get me as numb as possible to get the tooth out. He stayed there and we talked like two guys just hanging out. He explained everything that was going on and exactly what he was doing step by step. It wasn’t easy getting my tooth out because of the damage that was done to it on a visit to Meharry to have my wisdom teeth pulled. Side note, please don’t ever allow anyone you care about to go to that butcher shop. Instead of sending me home in pain and recommending I see an oral surgeon to have it removed, he patiently worked hard and finally got it out. He took his time even with an office full of patients and it was after 12:00, the time his office closes. I would just like to tell him again thank you so much for being one dentist who without a doubt is in it to care for patients not to try see how much money he can make you spend. I live about 45 mins from his office but can truly say the drive was well worth it and I won’t be going anywhere else, Ever... Less

A crown that another dentist had put on fell off and Dr. Stein took me in even though I didn't have an appointment and got me taken care of very quickly. Really happy with how everything went. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stein to my friends and family.
