The facility was nice, treatment room was very comfortable, reception was super sweet. However, the massage itself was not what I paid for. I was excited to treat myself for my bday. I advised the massage therapist that I needed deep tissue and told her my shoulders were extremely tight. I even gave her a number of 8 out of 10. She did not do this. When I asked her to go deeper (more than once) she offered cupping which tells me she did not care to listen. Disappointed. 😢

I went to A La Mode this Saturday morning to purchase a gift card for my wife for Christmas. Their website said they were open but after arriving there from Pasco they were closed. This was my only chance to go there and I’m sadly disappointed to not be able to give my wife a spa day. Bummer ☹️☹️☹️

I had the best experience here. Amazing massage as well as the service. The staff was literally the nicest. Their snack boards are all so worth it.

I’ve seen Alyssa for facial, Melissa for massage, and Dora for mani/pedi. All of them did an excellent job! I won’t be going anywhere else in the Tri-Cities for a manicure. Thanks a la mode for a great experience.

My husband and I just had a couples massage here today and it was AMAZING! The customer service, attention to detail and communication was unmatched! It was more expensive than we have done before but was miles above the previous places we had been to. We will definitely be returning. It was money well spent 100%!

Amazing experience and reasonably priced! Booking was easy to do on my phone. The staff are super sweet. The facility is very peaceful and services are of great quality. 10/10 would recommend.
