The wait was not even 5 minutes, the hygienist was very professional and explained everything she was doing. The dentist was so sweet and explained everything in detail as well! From the time I walked in, to seeing the hygienist and doctor, my experience was exceptional! The facility is clean and organized and the staff do an excellent job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. I went in for x-rays and a cleaning. Dr. Woods was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough! He found a few things he wanted to address and made it very easy and inviting for me to ask questions about my care. My hygienist, Christy, is a rockstar! So sweet and attentive! She made sure to check if I was comfortable throughout the deep cleaning I had done on my teeth. She paid very close attention to details and did not miss a spot! Everyone I had encountered in this office was awesome and kind throughout my visit! I love this office! The hygienist are friendly and will listen to any concerns you might have. They provide an explanation with out dismissing your opinions. It almost feels like you're not getting a cleaning as they are so thorough and gentle with your teeth. Dr Carr listens and is open to what you have to say. The entirety experience was wonderful. The office staff were all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Carr was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything making sure I understood my options. I felt like he was very concerned about my welfare and wanted to ensure I was making an informed decision about my procedure and future care plan moving forward. Panhandle Dental has been my dental care provider since moving to the Panhandle in 2016. The dental work they have done for me has provided excellent dental work and care.
