Michael's Transportation Services deserve five stars because they truly represent service excellence. Two days before Michael was to pick us up he confirmed every detail. Michael picked up our party of four in West Marietta right on time and got us to our Downtown Atlanta destination safely and comfortably. His limo was roomy and immaculate. We noticed he monitored traffic and his GPS carefully. He was was confident and personable when we included him in our conversation. Later that night he picked us up from our venue and brought us back to Marietta. His late-night driving in traffic was impeccable. We'd recommend Michael to our family, friends, and others we care about without reservation.

This was truly the best car experience I've ever had. Michael is one of the nicest people I've met! He was willing to come out an hour away from the airport the Sunday after Thanksgiving and drive me to the airport late at night. As a younger female traveling alone, I was initially nervous- but he made the trip feel safe and comfortable from the minute I reached out, to his follow up the day after my trip. The vehicle was pristine and so well cared for. Very professional, safe driving. Great conversation, thoughtful follow-up, and excellent price. I will exclusively be using this service for any needs in the future and will gladly recommend him to ANYONE!
