Joining Volume Fitness has been the best decision I ever made and I wish I’d done it sooner. The volume community (both members and coaches) is welcoming and friendly, everyone is so positive and encouraging which make the group sessions so enjoyable. Hassan, Adam, Harry and Aaron are friendly, knowledgeable,, caring and supportive trainers who will adjust the program to suit your individual needs so I always feel safe in the group sessions. Having small group sessions allows them to monitor us all to ensure we are training safely and effectively. Adam has been amazing as my personal trainer, so supportive and encouraging which keeps me motivated. Being new to CrossFit I’ve really appreciated his patience & guidance in making sure my form is correct. I couldn’t recommend Volume Fitness gym more highly. Less

I've been training at Volume Fitness for around 3 months, and it has been an incredible experience. As someone with previous injuries, I was initially hesitant to join a CrossFit-affiliated gym, but Adam, Harry, and the rest of the team have been super supportive. I really appreciate their focus on correct technique and how they will suggest alternative exercises when needed. The "Foundations" track that runs alongside the regular CrossFit workouts is a fantastic way to make sure everyone progresses at their own pace. The community they've built here is amazing and really shows why they've been successful for 10 years. I look forward to each workout at Volume Fitness and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Less

When I first joined Volume Fitness, I was quite physically weak and had very low fitness skills. It's safe to say that joining Volume has truly changed my life. I used to constantly make excuses to avoid the gym, but now I eagerly look forward to each session. Through my personal training with Coach Adam, I've learned so much. I was amazed to find that with proper technique, even heavy weights are manageable. I love torturing my body at Volume and always leave feeling incredible. 100% recommend to everyone. Less

Volume Fitness is the best gym I have ever had the opportunity to be apart of. Hassan, Harry, Aaron, Adam & Olivia are extremely knowledgeable, diligent & friendly. They leave no stone unturned with the programming & are undoubtedly committed to helping everyone become the best versions of themselves. The environment is filled with passion, positive energy, everyone from the coaches to the members are extremely encouraging & welcoming. Always excited to walk through the doors everyday.
