Started training at Volume Fitness about a month ago and can’t recommend it enough. We live in Carlton and trialed many gyms and this is hands down the best there is. At first, I was nervous to try crossfit style training.. however the staff are all so knowledgeable and the classes are intimate enough where they are able to provide a level of personal training and coaching to ensure my technique is correct. Love the sense of community they have built and proud to now be a part of it!! Less

I recently just started at Volume Fitness in Carlton and it is top-notch. It is personalised, challenging, and supportive. The community is welcoming, whether you're new to CrossFit or experienced. The coaches provide expertise and personal training to help you progress and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great gym with fantastic coaching and a strong sense of community! I’ve been training at Volume Fitness for a few weeks now and it’s been the best thing I’ve decided to do for myself. It’s so different to anything I have done in the past. I was only familiar with regular cardio and bootcamp style workouts. The variety of workouts offered at Volume Fitness is second to none and on top of that you have brilliant coaches supporting you with your skills and techniques in a small group environment. I’m so happy to be part of this community. And I never leave without breaking a sweat! Highly recommend! J x Less

Volume Fitness is hands down the best gym in Carlton, Sydney. The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals. The facility itself is top-notch, and the community is so welcoming and vibrant—it’s the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to your workouts. Their personal training and small group classes are fantastic, with a unique fitness program tailored for all abilities and experience levels, including 'CrossFit' and 'Foundations' training. I can't recommend Volume Fitness enough for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being.
