I visited Relive Physiotherapy with a painful back injury sustained from sports. I was assigned to Niya who was totally professional from the start. Her cheerful maner and humour was so welcoming and her knowledge is excellent. Over the Christmas holidays in Lanzarote, i suffered an accident, involving a fall. The next day i suffered with dizziness, & got checked out at the local A&E. They reported alls well & the dizziness will clear - enjoy your holidays!On returning home i still had the dizziness, & mindful it could be a long wait to get seen at our local hospital, i went (on a friends recommendation) to Relive.Raj quickly diagnosed the condition as vertigo & after several consultations & his guided excercies, the condition has now cleared.For anyone who hasn't experienced vertigo, it really does affect both your confidence and Work life balance.I thouroughly recommend Raj & the team for all their help & support, in providing my course of Vertigo Physio. From my 1st meeting and diagnosis, which was for back and legs (quads & hamstrings) stiffness, Niya provided a personalised approach to my treatment. Over a couple of months she increased the intensity of stretches and muscle kneading, whilst also providing straightforward exercises to complete at home. All delivered with a friendly smile and chatty demeanour. I feel reinvigorated and would, without hesitation, fully recommend Relive Physiotherapy for anyone suffering with stiffness of any kind. Full marks to the whole team.

I was referred to Relive in August 2025 for some physio on shoulder/back/arm and have just finished my course of treatment. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the business from dealing on the phone initially, going to reception for the first time right through to the treatment and care received.I was under the care of Niya for my treatment who is an absolute credit to her profession. As well as being a very knowledgable and skilled physio, she puts you at ease, is extremely personable and great to enjoy a conversation with.Should I need physio again, this would be the very first place I would hope to attend, and highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful treatment from start to finish. I rang up to enquire about steroid injections under ultrasound- I was in a lot of pain and had lost use of my right hand entirely. NHS wait was 2 months to diagnose then told another 5-6 months to get the injection. I called on Thursday and was given an appointment on the Saturday! The appointment was very thorough. The injection has given me my freedom back and I am so grateful! Recovery has been quick and painless I highly recommend it’s worth travelling here!

Recently had a cortisone injection to relieve carpel tunnel syndrome which I’ve been suffering from for several months and it was getting worse and prevented me from sleeping being woken by the pain ever couple of hours. I booked the appointment 4 or 5 days in advance. On the day I received a thorough in-depth assessment of my symptoms and had the injection under ultrasound. The procedure was carried out by Raj and everything was done to a very professional high standard and was pain free. As a gardener I was advised to rest it for a couple of days but as a self employed gardener this was not entirely possible however I did take it easy on light duties for 48hrs. The first night I was no longer woken with pain although still suffered from the pins and needles and numbness in my thumb and fingers. This and the remaining pain did subside over the following week. I am now 10 days post injection and my hand and wrist is much better. I’m still experiencing some pins and needles but it’s not constant and it’s pain free. Hopefully improvements will continue and no doubt it would benefit from a rest from hedge cutting in a few weeks time.I highly recommend this procedure to anyone suffering with Carpel tunnel syndrome and the services of Relive Physiotherapy.

She took the time to explain the treatments clearly so I could process the information due to me being on the Autistic spectrum disorder. All the staff were excellent, friendly and professional.

Early this march I started suffering with a bad case of plantar facilities i received treatment elsewhere and was doing all exercises that were advertised.. but still was in pain each day and this condition was stopping me from doin activities that I enjoyed.. untill in June was introduced to Raj and his team in chester.. sounds cheesy but this guy changed my life.. he was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, welcoming and positive, being in pain and not as being as active as normal really affected my mental health Raj listened to me and understood my frustration.. he examined me thoroughly and we discussed treatment. We went for the ultrasound guided cortisone injection in June and with 5 days complete rest each day my foot and myself were feeling so much better and positive.. after a week off work I returned and was pain free and knocking out 25 thousand + steps a day i have a very active job and thanks to Raj I was able to return to normal duties. And my mental health had improved so much and I was feeling so much positive for the weeks ahead.After 2 months i was also back running after work and looking forward to booking some races soon.Any problems in the future for me I will be back to see raj and his team would definitely recommend raj and his team. Don't suffer dont let pain get in the way of what you enjoy doing in life xLinda
