I contacted Jake the owner several times to try and book an appointment after he was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. He was consistently rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. There was no effort to provide basic customer service or even show interest in a potential new client. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this gym. There are far more professional and welcoming options nearby that actually value their customers. Go to Goodlife for a better experience!!!!!

AEM is a terrific local gym. It’s welcoming to all ages and fitness levels, always clean, and equipped with high-quality, well-maintained machines and free weights. The team are personable, friendly and genuinely care about members. On top of that, it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, no-nonsense gym with a great atmosphere.

Loved my time at AEM - having all the gym equipment along with the recovery section was amazing. Never too crowded as well which is a major plus. Would highly recommend!

AEM is fantastic!! Communication with Jake and Anna when joining made the process very easy. We wanted a gym that would cater to my goals, and to my son's goals (while setting him up with good technique and a positive introduction to gym work). Our fabulous Coach, Josh, is providing us with exactly what each of us needs. We are thoroughly enjoying going to the gym!! Highly recommend!
