When they couldn’t source a replacement, they suggested I replace the entire system or call a certified agent and pay for yet another call-out. The representative only followed up to request payment, not to provide any real service, and kept making claims about their quality. It feels like they’re just pushing me to buy a new system, and this is only 10 months past the warranty. I have used Living Cool Air Conditioning a few times to install spilt system air con. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. The guys doing the installation are professional and they were very quick, I hardly knew they were there. They even cleaned up after themselves and left my house not looking like a work site. Their prices are also very competitive.

Living Cool have done a number of installs and maintenance jobs at the school I work at. They have always done a fantastic job. I can always rely on their prompt service, very efficient guys and the after sales support is amazing. They have recently completed an audit of all the airconditioners in my school and presented me with a service book which allows me to see when the services are due and the replacement of old airconditioners should occur. I would not look elsewhere for my air-conditioning suppliers/installers. They are amazing. Dave installed a split system downstairs. Only reason I knew he’d been was the aircon on the wall with no mess or cleanup by me. Sign of a true professional. Aircon was and is the best recommendation and price second to non. He also helped emensely when renovations required an extra vent in lounge. He was here within the hour as not to hold up builders.
