Titan Tech was paid to remove, and then reinstall, the solar panels on the roof of the house, so that the roof could be repaired after damage by Hurricane Ian. After the panels were reinstalled, I monitored the output of the solar system, and proved to Titan from the system data that its output was 50% of its prior output this time last year, and 50% of its output in the month prior to removal and reinstallation. Titan has dismissed this data, has not responded to dozens of text messages, and is unreachable by phone or text. I am in the process of having to pay Tesla to troubleshoot this damaged or mis-installed system, to find out how much it will cost to repair it and return it to its prior and well functioning state. Titan has refused to reach out to Tesla to confirm that their re-installation was properly wired in accord with the original design. They have dismissed the output data from the system showing it is clearly dysfunctional relative to its prior output, and are hoping that I will just give up and go away. I will also be contacting an attorney in the area, given that the system may be damaged by them, and the cost to fix may run into tens of thousands of dollars. Less
