It’s crazy to say this but it’s true Titan Solar Rick and his team did better than my original installers. See we got hit with hurricane Ian and our installers after many attempts never got back to us about taking down our system so we could Re-roof and to top it off they wanted a small fortune. They even said we had to re-roof with their preferred roofing company to say we felt like hostages is an understatement. To top it off since the panels were originally installed they never worked right and we have had problems then Rick comes along as a referral from Best Choice Roofers the company we decided to use to re-roof. They recommended Rick and Titan Solar and with good faith we went with them and it was a better experience than our initial installers. The team took down our panels with care and stored three in our garage in an organized manner then when the time came after the new roof was installed they put everything back and tested and made sure every panel worked perfectly which it did. I highly recommend Rick and Titan Solar Techs these guys are professional and they follow through on all their promises and they know what the heck they are doing we will actually use them to maintain our system and also I will recommend them to my own personal clients. Hired Titan to remove and then re-install 8 solar panels after a new metal roof was completed. Response time was very quick to remove. Roofer actually took a long time, but after their work Titan was there to re-install and get us back online. Reasonably priced, professional. A good experience.

Titan Tech was paid to remove, and then reinstall, the solar panels on the roof of the house, so that the roof could be repaired after damage by Hurricane Ian. After the panels were reinstalled, I monitored the output of the solar system, and proved to Titan from the system data that its output was 50% of its prior output this time last year, and 50% of its output in the month prior to removal and reinstallation. Titan has dismissed this data, has not responded to dozens of text messages, and is unreachable by phone or text. I am in the process of having to pay Tesla to troubleshoot this damaged or mis-installed system, to find out how much it will cost to repair it and return it to its prior and well functioning state. Titan has refused to reach out to Tesla to confirm that their re-installation was properly wired in accord with the original design. They have dismissed the output data from the system showing it is clearly dysfunctional relative to its prior output, and are hoping that I will just give up and go away. I will also be contacting an attorney in the area, given that the system may be damaged by them, and the cost to fix may run into tens of thousands of dollars. The absurd comment below from Titan Tech is frankly just a lie. They claimed, after miswiring the panels was shown in Tesla's own inspection, such that 50% of the panels had no measurable output, that Tesla had 'hacked the system'. Why Tesla would do this is impossible to believe. This claim of course is actionable, and defamatory. Additionally, the roofing company that I had inspect the house determined that Titan Tech had used a totally inappropriate and nonstandard way of attaching the panels to the roof, such that extensive repair needed to be done to the entire roof. Between having to reinstall the panels and repair the roof, I am out $15,000. There will be legal action. Titan Tech is not merely incompetent but sociopathic/dishonest. Less
