Elizabeth, Vanessa, Christabel, Glory and Blessing are the aides assigned to my grandmother and they care for her everyday, wholeheartedly in their own special way. They clean her, feed her, comb her hair, do her laundry, read and engage with her and the list goes on. Customer service is top notch! Whenever there are concerns or questions, Gina is quick to help! We have been very pleased with the service offered by Trust Home Care. The aides have been very caring and patient in working with our parents. Prior to working with them, we had many issues being left without an aide when the scheduled aide went on vacation or had other issues. Trust home is very diligent in providing substitutes when necessary.
