Highly recommend NuSpine in Wake Forest. After my initial visit, I felt immediately relief, and after the third visit, I no longer had any back and shoulder pain at a very reasonable cost. It’s super easy you don’t need an appointment you just walk in check in and you get your adjustment a quick water massage. I’m check typically in and out of there in 15 minutes which is really convenient.

Dr. Nugent is great. I had severe nick pain that was giving me headaches and couldn’t sleep through the night. I appreciate the persistence in treatment and using different techniques to get me to a better place. In addition to the quality of treatment, the price is very affordable especially for a case like mine that required several sessions.

I’ve been getting chiropractic adjustments since 2013 and have been with a total or 4 different practices from Puerto Rico to Columbus OH, now in Wake Forest NC. I’m a big guy, so I need a chiropractor with strength. Last one I was visiting, lacked that strength, but compensated with other therapies like neck traction, etc. When I moved to Raleigh NC , I quickly realized that many chiropractic offices had a holistic approach with a whole elaborated plan, which I’m not against, but kshing!!!! Over three grand for a 5 month plan on top of what my insurance already covers. This practice is no nonsense. Fair price, Dr Nugent has the ability to deal with the Big & Tall, and he actually talks to you to understand where the pain point have been since the last visit to focus on that. I don’t have to spend 5 minutes in the computer entering a pet of the body, then the pain level from 1-10, then how much time 0-100%, etc etc etc. I visited because of a neck discomfort and he got me up and running in a couple of sessions. I’m not say this will be the case for everyone or that chiropractic care is like Panadol and then don’t come back again. But seeing results sure helps my opinion of it 😉. Less
