The NuSpine team in Wake Forest is fantastic! The customer service could not be any better. In the past, I have had a hard time relaxing in the chiropractic office. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I was not tense and was able to be adjusted without any issues. The drop-in style office works perfectly for my schedule. Absolutely wonderful place! Dr Nugent was thorough and really helped me with my leg pain. He took the time to explain what was happening and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. Justine always greeted me with a smile and was very attentive. Facility is clean and the massaging beds are truly relaxing. Pricing is excellent and overall a highly recommended facility.

After experiencing significant pain on the right side of my body, including tingling in my legs and arms and severe discomfort in my tailbone, the symptoms have greatly subsided after just a month, of adjustments with minimal pain remaining. Dr. Nugent is awesome! Highly recommend NuSpine for chiropractic treatment. I was experiencing pain in my left shoulder and upper back. The treatments received have not only eliminated my pain, but I ‘ve found range of motion in my neck and shoulder areas to be much improved.

I first started coming here months ago when I seriously injured my back at work, to the point I couldn't stand up straight. No chiropractors in the area had any availability for well over a month, so I finally found these guys via Google... and holy hell am I glad I did. It took a handful of sessions, but after about 2 weeks I was completely back to normal. Every time I walked out of there, I felt significantly better than I did going in. Dr. Nugent and all his associates really know what they're doing, and are excellent at it.

Our family loves NuSpine: Dr. Dan, Justine and Riley. They are great with kids, tailor adjustments to each individual, and are always happy to see us. With a chronic pain condition, scoliosis, and being on my feet all day; the chiropractic care I receive at NuSpine is what helps keep my symptoms manageable. I have been going now for almost 4 months. I have lower back and neck issues for years. Years ago I did Chiropractic and just got away from it for some reason .Since starting Nu Spine I have been feeling much better. I have been to two huge Rock Concerts one in September and one last week and I was able to function the next day lol. In the past and being in my 50’s that would be three days of pain and limited functions. Nice to be able to Rock out and enjoy it.
