I engaged Maureen and Johanne to assist with a renovation of a residential condo for the purpose of listing it on Air BNB. We met at the site and I explained my vision. Within days, they set up a meeting to review 3 proposals they had complete with power point drawings and sketches as well as the corresponding materials. That made moving forward effortless. We met again at the plumbing, lighting and flooring vendors and chose all the materials. The unit has been gutted and we are about to commence the rebuild.
