Keane and Andrew solved the issue: a mouse got into our AC unit and shorted out our capacitor! They quickly diagnosed and installed the new component within the day. I had concerns about the lack of temperature change after they left, and they came out one more time the next day to double check things. Friendly team and great service. Knowledgeable, instantly knew what problem was with our softener, recommended an improved model. I don’t believe anyone but when I checked online our old softener was too small for the house with super hard Guelph water involved. There is a formula for the size you need! I was impressed he even told us to check out youtube videos to see for ourselves.
