I highly recommend this company! I contacted them first thing this morning about my broken central air unit, and they had someone at my house a few hours later. The technician, Russ, clearly communicated the issue to me, was honest and straightforward. Fortunately, it was a quick and relatively inexpensive fix, which he was able to do in 30 min. He also had lots of helpful suggestions for proper maintenance of my aging unit. Communication with the company office was excellent - fast, professional, and courteous. The crew at Aido did a phenomenal job installing our heat pump with mini-splits. Our lead installer Russ took the time to understand what we wanted and then did a really slick job hiding the lines and ensuring the cleanest possible run for the conduit both inside and out.
