The staff member who helped me was extremely friendly. I only went for a day pass, but anytime I come back to Hampstead that is definitely the gym I’m going to. They had everything you could need in a gym even some stuff that for me is an experienced weight trainer hadn’t seen before so I give it five stars and I recommend it to anybody in the area anybody that’s traveling very happy with my experience

Best place to workout in hampstead, with reasonable membership fees. There's an area for babies to play while parents workout, and they allow older kids to workout for free, with parental supervision of course. It provides a family friendly atmosphere, no intimidating gym Bros...🤣. Punching bags and tractor tires are also available for you MMA enthusiasts... 🤣...

Not clean. People that come in at night are rude. They leave all the plates on the equipment I’ve seen the leg press have up to 10 plates on it. Kettlebells dumbbells plates all over the floor. Truly a mess

The extent of my written review is introductory as I visited the facility as a senior over 65 to gather information about insurance based silver sneakers program. The staff were open, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. The facility is clean, well kept, with a variety of work out equipment and was not busy at the time of my visit which was 9 AM on a Thursday morning.I plan on participating in group strength training classes for seniors so refrain from any other comment until I participate in some manner at the facility.

It’s a great atmosphere, and very friendly staff and equipment is well maintained. Everyone is very helpful. Bathrooms are cleaned everyday.

This is the best gym in the area. Great employee, always willing to help. This place is always clean. Bonus it has daycare for your kiddos.
