As a life long athlete, I have had many different workout experiences over the years. I have enjoyed my time at Power Source and would rate it as one of the top group programs I’ve participated in. The programming for athletes over 50 focuses on functionally based strength and is easily modified for different levels of fitness as well as any issues with injuries. The group dynamic is supportive, fun and non-judgmental. I look forward to going to the gym and I have built many new friendships. Patrice provides programming based on the latest research and keeps her coaching skills up to date. I highly recommend Power Source as a program for older athletes looking to build fitness that translates in a better quality of life.
