My daughter has been going to PowerSource for a few months now and it has been a great experience. From the beginning, Jim was very welcoming. His initial evaluation is very thorough and really helps identify each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. From there, he creates a training program tailored to the individual athlete’s needs.Jim and his staff also do a great job making sure exercises are done with proper form. If something isn’t right, they immediately step in and explain what needs to be fixed, which I really appreciate.They also motivate the athletes by providing incentives when goals are achieved, which keeps them engaged and working hard. Overall, it’s a very positive environment to train in, and my daughter genuinely enjoys going. I would definitely recommend PowerSource to other athletes looking to improve their strength and performance.

My 10 year old son has been going to the Speed school classes at Power Source for about 3 or 4 months now. He is a hockey player so his main goal is to build stamina and speed which he has for sure done. He enjoys going to the classes each week. Jim and the other coaches push the kids to their highest ability but also make it a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend this training center.

Power source is amazing!! My son started there last summer and Jim and staff are amazing! My son's confidence when playing sports has blossomed. After just a few shy months working out there he hit his first out of the park home run!I started my journey there this past fall and the staff and people are so sweet and welcoming. I am someone who joins a gym and then ends up stopping after a few weeks. Their adult classes are so fun and entertaining, I look forward to going each week!! Months later I'm still here and will not quit this amazing place!
