Legs were broken on a piece of furniture, however they did send someone to repair it on the spot and it looks good. I rated as a 4 instead of a 5 because whoever I spoke to on the phone before the Ops Manager needs more training in escalated issues.

Worst experience in my life! They broke priceless antiques. And now after 2 months I can’t even get a call back. I’ve called everyday. We have video of the movers sitting and doing nothing several times during our move, and they charged us for so much extra time! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!

Overall we were unhappy with the service. They showed up over an hour late with no call and then broke the leg of one of my dressers by hitting it against a wall while bringing it up the stairs and then he said “I knew that dressers legs looked weak” as if it wasn’t his fault. He then “fixed” it but it’s already broken again. Would not use this company again and would not recommend.
