I called AA Carpet Cleaning on the recommendation of my roommate who had just moved out to clean the now empty bedroom. Boris provided prompt service the next day, earlier than scheduled which was great because I'd let him know earlier the better. I felt comfortable enough to leave and buy groceries and it occurred to me while I was out that I should have asked him for an extra quote to clean the hallway which had stains as well. When I got home, he said that he had taken care of the bedroom, and had went ahead and cleaned the hallway and even the stairs to the upper level without me even asking, for no extra charge. The carpet looks great, it had both ketchup stairs and yogurt and I wasn't optimistic but they came out better than I expected. Great guy and great service. Less

PROMPT/PROFESSIONAL/COURTEOUS I have had AA Carpet Cleaning clean wall to wall carpeting several times. The other day I had a situation where there were several serious stains that dropped on the carpet in one room/hallway. I called AA and explained the situation, and Boris said he would be over as soon as possible to look over the situation. I assumed he was just going to do an estimate, but he came with cleaning equipment, remembered where the outdoor water hookup was, and got to work. By the time he was finished there was no evidence of stain marks anywhere. I was impressed that he actually could do this considering the seriousness of the stains. He mentioned that if I had waited a day, the result might not have been so thorough. Aside from the stains being removed, it was obvious that the carpets really had been cleaned. Pricing and estimates have been reasonable. I highly recommend AA if you want/need some heavy duty cleaning done on your carpets. Less
