Great drop in spot! My husband and I have stopped in a few times while we are in town and will continue to do so. In our 10 years of doing CrossFit we have seen a lot of gyms and this one is great. Huge facility, plenty of equipment, good coaching, plenty of scaling options, and wonderful community. They have a kid room that you can see from inside the gym which is very nice.

Dropped in to The Pack CrossFit while I was in town for work. The 5am class was welcoming, encouraging, and almost as crazy as my 5am crew at my box at home. I struggled to catch my breath in the high altitude, but Coach Becky pushed me to finish strong!! I will be going back next time I’m in town.

Normally I last about a year at a gym and then I need a change is scenery. After 8 years I still enjoy working out at the Pack. It’s different every day. It’s like having a personal trainer every time you walk through the door. Also, it works. When I’m do in g CrossFit I’m always in shape and ready for ski season, biking, rafting, backpacking and all the recreation I enjoy in my free time.

The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming. The workouts can be modified to fit multiple ability levels. The athletes are encouraging and friendly. We work hard and laugh a lot.

Great environment for pretty much anyone. They are very accommodating of all fitness levels. Physical fitness is the priority here but they also promote a well rounded approach that deals with social and mental aspects of health as well. Been going to The Pack for about a month! Love the crew here and get really great work outs in! The coaches are great at helping with individual modifications to suit your fitness level or needs. After not working out for a few months it feels good to sweat again!

I really love the family oriented environment, the quality of the coaching staff and the communication from the staff and owners, that they provide to all their members. Each and every class starts with explaining the workout, and warming up with some stretches tailored for the days workout. Then every movement is gone over in detail with the entire class working on proper form and technique before the main workout begins. If any modifications are needed or asked by class members, the coaches are all really good about what modifications to do that will still be working on the body part emphasized for that days workout. Communication with The Pack and coaches are extremely fast, usually getting back with you within a few hours via email, text or phone call. The owners and coaches really care about their members and reach out to all their members to check in on a pretty regular basis. Sanitizing spray bottles are kept full and the coaches emphasize with each class that any equipment they use be sanitized before it is put away. The owners take care to clean and sanitize the facility on a regular basis which really shows in how well kept up the facility is. The vibe here is like no other gym you will ever go to. Whether you are a brand new member or have been here since day one, you feel welcomed every time you step in the doors. Less

I have participated in the hour-long workouts, Barbell Olympic Lifting Club, personal training, at-home workout plans, and community events organized by The Pack. With all of these different experiences, the professional staff consistently deliver outstanding service and I have grown from each one. As our family's schedule changes throughout the year, The Pack works with us to find days and times that fit our needs. They provide a kid's space that gives my two little ones an area to entertain themselves while I focus on me. They also have changing rooms, showers, and very clean restrooms. The Pack has been extremely supportive of my active duty husband as well as myself, and often recognize veterans with special events and dedication days. The Pack Cross Fit is just that, a Pack like a wolf pack. Being new to the pack I was uncertain what to expect as I was really over weight and way out of shape. Seeing these elite fit athletes is rather intimidating. That is soon brushed to the side when the Staff Instructor reassures you everyone starts someplace and we were not all athletes when we started and many of the participants have been doing this for nearly 10 years or more. The Staff is there to help you go through the exercises and modify them to the aches and pains your body has and your comfort level but enough to give you a high intensity internal workout. It's ok to come in last or lift the lightest weights as there is someone right along with you and pack members cheering you on at the end of the iteration of the workout. We are all gassed at the end and can't do anymore, but are looking forward to coming back the next day to try and do the best and be the best we can be for that day. I have nothing but praise for the Staff Instructors, equipment and facilities. I recommend anyone ever thinking of trying it to give it a try. You never know you might really enjoy it. Less
