Pretty sure this business is closed. Not a soul on site. It looks as though no one has been there for months. Broken glass and trash in the parking lot. It's a shame I drove out here with a high expectation based on their website.

My wife and I had been using Costa since it opened. However, we’ve been trying to get our oil changes done for the last 3 days. Wednesday, everything was closed. Thursday, the oil containers were full so they couldn’t drain oil. Today, the employee was working on his own squatted truck in the wash bay. We sat there for about 5 minutes while he tinkered away until we finally got fed up and left.

I did so and they checked out the first bay I was in. Told me " Sir, it's $3.00 that's why it wouldn't come on." Ok .....I have never seen a $3.00 do it yourself carwash.....never seen a $2.50? Going rate is still $1.50 with a few at $2.00???? To make it worse the water was BOTH low volume and low pressure. I went through two cycles $6.00 and had to bring my car home to finish rinsing it??? I have never gone through two cycles anywhere without doing tires and wax also???? THEY ARE KILLING IT PROFIT WISE ON THE CARWASH......YOU WILL GO BROKE WASHING YOUR CAR HERE!! DONT DO IT! For $9-10 you can sit in your car and go through automatic car wash at most places???!!! Knowing they are gouging this bad on the carwash, I would be very hesitant to trust the oil change side of the business. I dont trust many as it is because most either over or under fill the oil. Disappointing...seemed like this place was getting great reviews on FB. The oil change place in my wife's hometown (Laurens,SC) is $35 plus free carwash. I just left from there to get my oil changed. Awesome service and reasonable prices. Honest and they don't charge u an arm and a leg for an oil change. A lot better than take 5, more like they take forever. I'll be coming here from now on.
