We got a large paint scrape (not scratch) on our rental vehicle. We took a gamble that they would be able to help us same day that we needed to return it. I’m so glad that we did!! We had such an amazing experience, getting our car fixed here. The work was top-notch and professional. Melvin treated us like family, it was my daughter’s first experience with an accident, he explained everything to her and taught her about her own car while she was there. He even checked her tire pressure before she left. We have AAA insurance and they had to come out and inspect the car before the repairs were done. He made the transition so smooth that we didn’t have to take additional days. The work was done exactly when he said it would be done. I hope we don’t have to have another car repair but if we do, I know where we’re going.

Had the pleasure to take my car to hovee’s and talk to Melvin on the phone. He said to bring my car so he could take a look.Gave me a estimate and the same day ordered the part’s for me.Called him back and told him the bumper was crack he order the bumper just in case and didn’t charge me extra and gave me the same estimate.Told me it would take 3 days to work on my car.Took it in on Monday and in Wednesday called me it was ready when i arrived and saw the work he did i was amazed look brand new.Also he went the extra mile for me on my car very happy and will do business again.Thank you Melvin from Armando.
