When you think of a gym you don’t generally think of a warm, welcoming environment. Columbia CrossFit is that! It’s a community of kind, encouraging people from the extremely fit to the newest of beginners. It is the best hour of my day without question. Thank you Pat and Andrea and the rest of the coaching crew for all that you do. I highly recommend Columbus CrossFit!
