It failed again so I took it back. Took two weeks to get it back and not even a day of using it, the motor failed again and the bolts started falling out this time! This upsets me I was told that I was going to have it fixed and for the problem to not happen again but this time it was worse! I want a refund and a full replacement hub from Tuttio sent to my home so that I can work on it instead. Niles thanks for your time but I told you to please get it right because I live extremely far. I’ve wasted so much money on gas just for this motor to work worse than it did when it first failed. Also I wanted a spoke that broke from when the motor failed after the first repair replaced and it was still broken. Please contact me asap for what action needs to be taken because I use this bike for important errands.

My 10yo son and I rented bikes yesterday. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The process was quick and we had an amazing time riding the Strand. We live in the South Bay and would definitely recommend for locals and out-of-towners! Thanks!

I stopped by with my son’s bike to drop it off because the handle bar was the wrong way, and I talked to the guy there (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) and he just fixed it for us super quickly with no wait and was super friendly! I’m going back for a tune-up for sure!

We wanted a place where we could get a family e bike and when we showed up here both gentleman took really good care of us and they had lots of variety of bikes and were super helpful. I would highly suggest this bike rental place. Prices are great for the hours as well and it's so convenient that we can add time to our hours by just sending a text. :)
