I rented an electric bike for 24 hours at the Redondo Beach location. It was an excellent experience with Niles both check out, and check in. He was exceptionally helpful in all areas of customer service and making sure that my wife and I were equipped for a wonderful excursion. I would definitely recommend this business if you want a dependable E bike with service that is second to none.

GREAT Experience for a second time with Beachside Bikes. This time from their easy-to-access(with free parking under the building!) location in Redondo Beach. I took my high quality bike all the way to north of Santa Monica and back, with plenty of stops to sight see and shop/eat along the way. 100% recommend!

Rented a cruiser from Beachside Bike & E-Bike Rentals & Repairs and rode 18 miles along the beach bike path. The bike worked great and it was a beautiful day for a bike ride!

Seamless rental. Bikes were ready for us despite showing up almost an hour early. The person running the shop was very friendly and helpful. The bikes worked perfectly and we really enjoyed them. Returning them was simple. There is a parking garage for customers that was really nice. The entrance is off of South Catalina St.

I cant say enough about the 5 star service! Quick hang up with a bike… came a swapped it out where we were in a snap. Then, we weren't going to make it back in time to feed the meter. He fed the meter to ensure we didn’t get a ticket! TOP TIER! 🚲🙌

Niles and Scott were outstanding in finding a solution to the controller issue with my RAD City 3 e-bike. We wanted 4 months to receive a confirmation that RAD Corporate could provide a replacement for my faulty controller. Rad never responded. So they found a new controller, installed it, and provided a complete tune-upon my bike. I am thrilled to be riding on the strand again! Exceptional service by experts! Thank you!

Great customer service, this is the second time my wife and I rent from beachside and won't be the last. The e bikes are clean and run like new. Thanks for helping us build memories at Redondo!
