BTB is easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Coming from South Florida, I was genuinely impressed by the equipment, it’s innovative and not something you see everywhere. The environment is just as strong, everything is clean, people are focused and encouraging, and it truly feels like a community that takes training seriously. Grace is always so welcoming and has the best smile, which makes a big difference. The 24/7 access is a huge plus too. Definitely recommend checking it out.

We have been members for just over a year and are thrilled with the equipment, the supplements, the knowledge of the trainers, and the owners’ attention to details - including broken equipment, merchandise, etc. best gym on the emerald coast for sure!! The addition of Grace at the front desk is an absolute pleasure! We love her and her professionalism and sweetness!

Ive been a member of this gym since 2018 and i have seen a lot of improvement throughout the years. The quality of the equipment has made my gym goals easier to achieve with brands like Megamass, New Tech, and Arsenal strength. There’s gyms out there claiming to be the best but don’t have a posing room, that makes no sense. Thankfully Jamey and his team has blessed us with a posing room to see our growth in all angles. This gym is like my second home where I have been able to connect with a lot of people and encourage others to achieve their goals in the gym.I want to give a shoutout to Marissa who is a new addition to the team. She’s a great friend who brings such positive vibes into the gym. It shows that she cares about the members and contributes to the welcoming community.

I've been going to this BTB location since spring 2021, and would have an extremely difficult time moving to a different gym. In the years I've been going, the gym has undergone several transformations, including ALL new equipment/machines. I need some odd machines and tools for the pt work I've been recently doing, and this gym has everything I need plus things I never knew I needed. Every member is warm and welcoming, and the staff seems to be the reason for it. Abby and Marissa are especially helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to lifting and fitness. I'm very blessed to be a part of this gym family.
