I lifted at Bend the Bar Fitness while on vacation with family and am blown away with the how amazing it was.The equipment was in pristine condition and the gym was impeccably clean with amenities like a posing room, merchandise, a stocked vending machine with energy drinks, a mini supplement shop and a wide array of machines primarily Legend Fitness and Arsenal Strength accompanied by a few Megamass, Newtech, Booty-Builder, Life Fitness and precor machines all while still having a wide array of cardio equipment from treadmills to bikes to stairmasters. The environment is perfect with flags, portraits of famous bodybuilders and olympia winners lining the walls, and the music was on point.The process of entry was very straightforward on their website, I purchased the Week pass for 74.90$ and followed the instructions sent to my email to download their app which included menus to sign up for classes and the qr code needed for entry.Absolutely worth the money and a beautiful establishment.

Every time I come into the gym it’s always clean thanks to Grace and the other staff members. I also never have any problems with the equipment or people here, best gym experience I can ask for!

Well equipped gym tucked away in a corner behind a busy strip mall. The crew at bend the bar are very helpful and kind. Signed up with Abbey, who also works out there and always willing to help out. Grace is also awesome, she always has a smile on her face and is very personable. The gym has a wide range of equipment, with some very humbling ones. It is indoor and outdoor.

It’s a little intimidating starting at a new gym but everyone is super sweet and welcoming. The community is amazing, I was intimidated to start going to a new gym but it’s definitely the best ive been to by far! Abby and Callie especially are the best ❤️

I’m 52 years old and hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in over 20 years, so walking into a predominantly bodybuilding gym was honestly a little intimidating at first. But from day one, I’ve felt incredibly welcome here.The staff is courteous and friendly. The gym itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the equipment selection is excellent, especially the Arsenal Strength machines, which are top-notch.What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. Even though there are some very serious lifters here, it’s not unwelcoming or judgmental at all. It’s actually motivating.My 17-year-old son and 19-year-old daughter are also members, and they both love it just as much as I do. It’s been a great experience for all of us, and I’m really glad we found this place.

BTB is easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Coming from South Florida, I was genuinely impressed by the equipment, it’s innovative and not something you see everywhere. The environment is just as strong, everything is clean, people are focused and encouraging, and it truly feels like a community that takes training seriously. Grace is always so welcoming and has the best smile, which makes a big difference. The 24/7 access is a huge plus too. Definitely recommend checking it out.

We have been members for just over a year and are thrilled with the equipment, the supplements, the knowledge of the trainers, and the owners’ attention to details - including broken equipment, merchandise, etc. best gym on the emerald coast for sure!! The addition of Grace at the front desk is an absolute pleasure! We love her and her professionalism and sweetness!
