Dr Ryan and team are wonderful. They are always thoughtful and timely, which is very important when you are working from home. Their process is quick and painless and very helpful. I highly recommend if you need chiropractic services!

I've moved alot so I've gone to several different chiros, with several different techniques and so on and so forth. The Rhino team is friendly! The facility is CLEAAAAAAN. Clean, clean, clean! Do you want to know how family friendly they truly are? I came in with my stroller the sit and stand kind with an additional rear seat, plenty of room to navigate the hallways. They try to cheer my baby up when I'm getting adjusted (he's just not a people person 😅). The bathroom has a step stool, a changing table, room to turn around and it's clean as well! Let's get down to business the wait times... in and out in less than 10 minutes. Seriously, I've never witnessed that anywhere else. Other places you seem to wait atleast 10 minutes just to get into the room, then ten more and heck 40 minutes goes by. You can get an appointment almost as soon as you need it! Other chiros are booked out 3 months. My last one was. We couldn't get in regularly enough to help with my son's body work. You don't have to take your shoes off at the door. The initial entrance exam is a heck of a lot shorter than most of the other places. They explain the important things but they don't ramble on and on and on. Pricing I'd say is pretty standard, I'm not mad about it that's for sure. The app they use for appointments and check in is super easy to navigate (I have an Android phone). Takes less than 30 seconds to change an appointment if you need to. If any of this seems like I dislike any of it you've read my review wrong. It's long and I tried to think of all the things I could. Rhino is a great place with great staff, I definitely recommend checking them out. Less

This is going to be a long review, but if you’re considering Rhino, please read this! I was referred to Rhino Chiropractic by my cousin who has been going there for quite a long time. I was in a little fender bender a couple months ago, had a little bit of aching in my back, my cousin made me go and checked with me every day until I finally made an appointment. So I finally did. BUT, this is more about a severe car accident I was involved in 11 years ago. In this accident I broke multiple bones in my neck and back, along with many other injuries. I have had severe, chronic pain in my lower spine/back since this. I had tried almost everything - pain killers, cortisone shots, Radio-frequency Ablation, pain management specialist appointments, etc. The pain I was experiencing was related to nerve damage in my Sacroiliac Joint in my lower spine. The pain was so extreme at times where it would hit me out of nowhere like I was stung by a gigantic bee or stabbed with a needle, shooting excruciating, burning pain down my leg, and I would literally drop down to the floor - happens at work, while walking, while sitting, at the mall, at a bar, anywhere, and there was no pattern or common thing I was doing that would cause it. I have always been scared to go to a chiropractor because I always thought you walk in and they make you lie down and they crack your back in a bunch of places. But, my cousin assured me that this is not what Rhino stands for. So, I finally decided to go, thanks to this recent small accident and my cousin caring enough to make sure I get help. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. I have been going for about 3 months, and, mind you, I was an athlete in high school, and since this accident my senior year in high school, I haven’t been able to consistently exercise, besides physical therapy exercises and some light yoga. Anyway, fast forward to now, my birthday was last week, I went on a 6 mile hike with a friend - no pain in my back the entire time; I have joined an accountability group on Facebook, eating healthier, and exercising regularly at home - squats, lifting (light) weights, jumping jacks, push-ups, you name it. I have had depression on and off during these 11 years “knowing” I would never be able to exercise again for my entire life, thanks to nothing but my chiropractor appointments with Dr. Ryan. I am not “totally” back to normal, I still have my days with back spasms, but they happen about 1/4 of the time that it used to happen, and again, I’ve only been going for THREE MONTHS!!!! I will never stop going to Rhino. The way I see it is if I can exercise regularly after 11 years of extreme pain, Dr. Ryan has literally changed my life for the better. Dr. Ryan, Grace, and Sharon always greet me by my name, they are all compassionate, funny, helpful, kind, caring. They educate you about the importance of not only being pain-free, but it comes down to internal health as well. I won’t get into the whole process of your first appointment, but they actually show you why you have pain, the root of the pain, and what they are going to do to try to help you, starting with the root/source of the pain.
