Do you want to know how family friendly they truly are? I came in with my stroller the sit and stand kind with an additional rear seat, plenty of room to navigate the hallways. They try to cheer my baby up when I'm getting adjusted (he's just not a people person 😅). The bathroom has a step stool, a changing table, room to turn around and it's clean as well! Let's get down to business the wait times... in and out in less than 10 minutes. Seriously, I've never witnessed that anywhere else. Other places you seem to wait atleast 10 minutes just to get into the room, then ten more and heck 40 minutes goes by. You can get an appointment almost as soon as you need it! Other chiros are booked out 3 months. My last one was. We couldn't get in regularly enough to help with my son's body work. You don't have to take your shoes off at the door. The initial entrance exam is a heck of a lot shorter than most of the other places. They explain the important things but they don't ramble on and on and on. Pricing I'd say is pretty standard, I'm not mad about it that's for sure. The app they use for appointments and check in is super easy to navigate (I have an Android phone). Takes less than 30 seconds to change an appointment if you need to. If any of this seems like I dislike any of it you've read my review wrong. It's long and I tried to think of all the things I could. Rhino is a great place with great staff, I definitely recommend checking them out. Less

This is going to be a long review, but if you’re considering Rhino, please read this! I was referred to Rhino Chiropractic by my cousin who has been going there for quite a long time. I was in a little fender bender a couple months ago, had a little bit of aching in my back, my cousin made me go and checked with me every day until I finally made an appointment. So I finally did. BUT, this is more about a severe car accident I was involved in 11 years ago. In this accident I broke multiple bones in my neck and back, along with many other injuries. I have had severe, chronic pain in my lower spine/back since this. I had tried almost everything - pain killers, cortisone shots, Radio-frequency Ablation, pain management specialist appointments, etc. The pain I was experiencing was related to nerve damage in my Sacroiliac Joint in my lower spine. The pain was so extreme at times where it would hit me out of nowhere like I was stung by a gigantic bee or stabbed with a needle, shooting excruciating, burning pain down my leg, and I would literally drop down to the floor - happens at work, while walking, while sitting, at the mall, at a bar, anywhere, and there was no pattern or common thing I was doing that would cause it. I have always been scared to go to a chiropractor because I always thought you walk in and they make you lie down and they crack your back in a bunch of places. But, my cousin assured me that this is not what Rhino stands for. So, I finally decided to go, thanks to this recent small accident and my cousin caring enough to make sure I get help. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. I have been going for about 3 months, and, mind you, I was an athlete in high school, and since this accident my senior year in high school, I haven’t been able to consistently exercise, besides physical therapy exercises and some light yoga. Anyway, fast forward to now, my birthday was last week, I went on a 6 mile hike with a friend - no pain in my back the entire time; I have joined an accountability group on Facebook, eating healthier, and exercising regularly at home - squats, lifting (light) weights, jumping jacks, push-ups, you name it. I have had depression on and off during these 11 years “knowing” I would never be able to exercise again for my entire life, thanks to nothing but my chiropractor appointments with Dr. Ryan. I am not “totally” back to normal, I still have my days with back spasms, but they happen about 1/4 of the time that it used to happen, and again, I’ve only been going for THREE MONTHS!!!! I will never stop going to Rhino. The way I see it is if I can exercise regularly after 11 years of extreme pain, Dr. Ryan has literally changed my life for the better. Dr. Ryan, Grace, and Sharon always greet me by my name, they are all compassionate, funny, helpful, kind, caring. They educate you about the importance of not only being pain-free, but it comes down to internal health as well. I won’t get into the whole process of your first appointment, but they actually show you why you have pain, the root of the pain, and what they are going to do to try to help you, starting with the root/source of the pain. I got hit with major sciatic pain at 23. I was still in grad school and could barely walk without pain, much less stay active. I couldn’t even carry grocery bags back to my apartment without feeling like I was being stabbed in the lower back. Over the next 2 years I tried everything: physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments, muscle relaxers, several MRIs and second/third opinions to try and find a cause, attempted yoga as a last resort to release muscle tension and simply keep my body moving, and finally ended up having conversations with a surgeon to undergo what would’ve been only the first of many back surgeries. Hearing that I was doomed for a life of one back surgery after another was extremely upsetting, especially getting the news at 25 years old. That’s when I met Grace and won a raffle for a comprehensive assessment. I was very skeptical at first, having already tried chiropractic adjustments with no improvement. I liked Rhino’s story right off the bat and figured I’d give them a chance. After all, what’d I have to lose? I’ve never been so happy that I stepped into Rhino for that first appointment. Immediately upon walking in, Grace was SO welcoming and made me feel right at home. She showed me around their space and gave me a more detailed background on the benefits of chiropractic care and Dr. Ryan’s technique specifically, explaining the differences between that and the previous office I had gone to. Her knowledge of what I had in store for me was exactly what I needed to hear to start gaining hope again. Then came my first encounter with Dr. Ryan, where he checked out my initial scans and could tell within seconds that I also suffered from headaches, migraines, digestive stress, and a handful of other symptoms without me even bringing them up. He explained to me that all of these symptoms, along with my sciatic pain, stemmed from spinal mis-alignment and could all be addressed and improved with regular chiropractic care. He was confident that I wouldn’t need surgery, and that was music to my ears! I trusted the two of them so much after that initial assessment, that I told myself I’d try it out for a month and see how it went. If I saw no improvements I’d go back to the surgeon and book the operation. Well, here we are 2 years later and I’ve never even considered calling that surgeon back. Another plus, I haven’t had a migraine in MONTHS! I’m back to a pain-free, active lifestyle full of business travel, spin classes, and practicing yoga while feeling like a brand new me. 1000% have Rhino to thank for giving me my life back. The comfortable atmosphere inside the Rhino office (I even feel weird calling it an office) and the motivating, nurturing attitudes of Dr. Ryan and Grace are just icing on the cake. I have been going to specialist after specialist with no answers to my migraines . The specialist only wanted to treat my symptoms which never worked. After trying every specialist and about to give up hope finding a cause. I was referred to this chiropractor and was willing to give it a try. I arrived at the office and was immediately greeted by Grace . She walked me through the procedure and office and ran couple of tests which she explained why and what each test does. I am almost 37 weeks now, my pain has been managed, I didn’t need my pregnancy support belt at work anymore, my chronic headaches went away, and I just felt better overall. The baby has been head down for at least the last month as well! Chiropractic care has given my little man more room in my pelvis, he moves around in there freely, and releasing the tension in those pesky round ligaments has helped a lot as well.
